Nope. Wii Fit girl aside, there's been a huge controversy by feminists who believe the Killer Instinct thing was a rape joke. I didn't see or catch it and I'm the most rape joke happy person I know.

Wow...I can't comment on Killer Instinct because I haven't seen it but how is the Wii Fit Trainer fat bashing? I'm someone who finds - what I suppose most people would consider - plus sized women attractive...I don't see there being anything wrong however with people wanting to stay healthy and slim. Just seems like a bizarre comment to make. I suppose some people just enjoy moaning.

e: Just watched that rape joke video on Youtube. Whilst it's pretty dumb to say something like that in front of such an enormous crowd of people, what sickened me more were the comments in the video. I mean...wow.

Megaman 9 and 10 were both awesome.

After fifty deaths around all the worlds in about ten minutes, I gave up trying to get further into the franchise.

Neither of them were anywhere near as hard as Megaman 1. I grew up playing the shit out of that game, so I'm used to it. There was a bit of an adjustment period because I hadn't played since 5 or 6, but after getting used to it, it was a lot of fun.

The achievements in those games are both stupid, and ridiculous though. I didn't even attempt to get them.

The rape joke was a bit dumb, but it's something you apologise about and move on if people are offended. What was really awful was the Youtube reaction in the comments of the video. Damn! I was called a feminazi just for responding to a comment calling all women whores or something, saying that was pretty fucking misogynistic.

E3 was quite good this year. Let's not ruin it by turning this thread into a feminist discussion. If we must have another one, I suggest hijacking any thread that Nate has a vested interest in. He likes it.

Yes, but that's the situation that Sony's games are in right now. Publishers already can set up their own DRM if they want. Most don't.

What remains to be seen is which platform publishers will prefer. Microsoft told journalists that their DRM policies came about through talks with publishers; if that’s the case, will publishers favor Xbone and neglect the PS4?
