The PS4 seems like a more friendly place for indie developers and alternative markets, I mean, they mentioned "free to play" right at the beginning of the presentation conference, that's quite a big deal.

I hope Xbox gets its shit together and realise how stupid it is to block games from their distribution pipe that vary from their nice little pattern.

Of course... that's what allows "free to play" to be profitable.

360 already has at least one F2P game, also fairly certain it is getting more as well.

I prefer knowing less regarding the future. I think the reason I love MO is because I never knew it was coming out till I saw it in the shelves, whereas a lot of the veterans here had been hyped up and subsequently disappointed. Be careful what you wish for....!

Yeah, I too prefer to blindly purchase $60 items, rather than be an informed consumer.

It's a balancing act, too much hype and everyone is disappointed. Too little and no-one knows about it/buys it Ã* la Stranger's Wrath.
