I showed a few people wips of this, and it's still a wip because I'll say it again and again but I hate painting and all that's left to do is paint and cover the warp pad with resin and gloss finish so it looks crystalline.

Very cool Peridot. Really like the visor. Is there like a trick to getting transparent like that or is it just whatever the material you used?

Also, what the fuck was up with that Homestuck ending.

I loved the ending personally it's so much better than what could have happened, and everything that happened was explained in some shape way or form. It's even more satisfying when you reread it from the start. I can never stand having to trudge through Doc Scratch and Aranea's monologues, though.

Also, RE: Peridot's visor. It's a mixture of both. It's clear resin with a tiny bit of acrylic paint in it for colour. Her gem is slightly translucent and glassy as well, I just added more paint to it. It turned out better than I could have hoped even though its not as smooth as I'd like it to be.

I made this for a wlf design contest so commenting on it is super appreciated, it makes it more likely to be seen.

Also, since Homestuck is the main topic for me right now, I went back and fixed up a track I previously linked to. It's much nicer and more dynamic now, I feel

EDIT: is there any story behind the last picture? they remind me of cattle the way they lie down and look docile.

And I've been doing a painting/drawing a day for the month of May based around some of my favourite designs. Those are Numel, from Pokemon. They're super great and I assume they'd likely act like cattle :p
