I would like to think so, but it's probably impossible. Microsoft doesn't let anything that isn't made using their indie game software on their service without a publisher, and for Microsoft to consider you a publisher you have to meet many requirements (one of which is having a significant amount of money on hand). Double Fine is self publishing this, and have so far been unable to convince Microsoft to consider them as a publisher. I know this because Microsoft removed Psychonauts from the XBox Originals store when publishing rights reverted back to Double Fine. Double Fine has been trying for almost a year to get it back on, and so far has been unsuccessful.

Microsoft really suck. Just putting that out there.
