Why does that remind me of a text based game I used to play called Parallel Universe?

The interface looks a lot like a Diablo game, but I'd bet it's from before that...

Hm, it's not Dark Eden, is it? Sort of looks like it.

Also, fun thing on that picture: The guy can carry 6000 stone worth of gear before he considers himself over-encumbered. This is why I love old games. :p

The House of Lords.

Today in class I was browsing the forums and I looked if there was any new posts in this thread and my friend saw that picture and he said something about an old game called Arcanum which he had on his PC.

I don't know if that's correct, but count it as a guess.

It is the House of Lords, I remember the stats AC DR etc, so do I get to pick now?

Well, I searched Arcanum on google and the same picture came up as that one. And I tried to search 'The House of Lords' and all I found was pictures of churches.

I think you'll find you found the UK's government building. And balls you're right, it is Arcanum, House of Lords must have been a part of the game.

The developers were Russian. They got confused between Stone and Pounds.
