Yes, I got I think nine jars last year, I expect 15+ this year and with some exceptional cut comb formation which is chewable. I mentioned that phenomenon as an interesting prospect for Oddworld's species. However, the workers of eusocial insects are all biologically female, though not in function. Oddworld's workers appear to be male in form if not function, and while a suddenly societal shift towards all drones would likely be disastrous, it would probably be less interesting than them all ballooning up and laying eggs. Fom a body-shock perspective at least, I'm sure the alternate angle could be worked well.

Genetic engineering at a micro level is expensive though, it's easier to breed them and select desirable traits to carry into the next generation. I didn't even require a kit though I did a really basic/ un-proper way.
