Well, in the beginning of Oddysee, Abe seemed to indicate that he liked the taste of Meech Munchies. I'm guessing the processed foods from Rupture Farms were enjoyed by most of the inhabitants in the Oddworld series...although, "New and Tasty" probably wouldn't have been enjoyed by ANY Muds ;)

This is likely because it's the only food he knew.
In Rupture Farms, I'd imagine the employees are fed the scraps and gristle from their products. Abe was born and raised there, and had no choice but to eat such a poor diet. I'd like to think that even liberated Mudokons pine for the fattening, processed sludge they had grown so accustomed to. Native-born Mudokons would probably puke if they were to partake.

What do Greeters eat?

I think Mudokons eat Elum crap and a bit of paramite web on top of it(like spaghetti with meatballs)
