Hopefully such laws and stuff would help them realise that they should just plain not be a*sholes in the first place, and to rid the world of people that don't listen and don't learn and pretty much asked for it, and to try to teach them that what they're doing/done is in fact wrong. Today's always obviously aren't working, there's still loads of murders and all going on daily all the time.

But those people still have the choice earlier in life of whether they wanted to go downhill with alcohol and drugs or whether to a bright young intelligent person. Okay, okay. Those people who use drugs (not the soft stuff like tobacco and alcohol, I mean heavier things like heroin and cocaine and such) are invariably stupid. I don't care how many college credentials they have, I don't care how many books they've memorised, it all boils down to them being stupid. Stupid as in "lacking common sense completely." Any person who knows what they're going to become if they use drugs, and still uses them, is lacking some fundamental bolt in their (as Jeff would say) dome. In a sick, twisted way, it does the world justice to have those people using drugs, because we need less stupid people walking around Planet Earth.

While that's true, it also means that we've got all these unemployed, drug-addicted bums lying around the streets, influencing the young and easily-manipulated. Stupidity breeds stupidity, and while there's bums, there's always going to be more bums in the next generation.

In my perfect world the age of consent is 13.
