Industrials-Zerox, Snuzi, Skillya, Slavless, MoxCo, Alcar, OddjobAbe, Issajaysa

Natives-Jordan Boi, Fuzzle Guy, Used, Bullet Magnet, Paramit of war, squeek177, Arxryl, Ziggy

Aright, I want to start this, 'cause I won't be here tomorrow.
We're going down the line, so Jordan you're the first Native leader, and Zerox you're the first Industrial leader.
So team mates, you must remember to PM what you think is the answer to the appropriate guy- meaning the one on your team. Then leaders, you will PM the answer to the host that asked the question. Only PM the answer when you have a feeling that it's right, or that your team mates are telling you that it's right... if you trust them.
Team mates, remember that it's up to you to keep your team in the game by keeping your leader in the game. Remember, make sure that you are trying your best to give the correct answers.
And leaders, it's also your responsibility to communicate with you team if you are unsure about the answer or something.
Please remember that only one PM will be accepted, so you have to be sure that you've got the right answer before you send it out.
We'll begin today.

BIG EDIT:

You know what... I just realized something. We can't select the team leaders as 'the next in line', because the end people will end up being the winners no matter what.
You are either going to have to select your team leaders each round, like you were previously doing, or you can have an elimination thing, where the losing team votes off the member that they think have contributed least.
It's up to you.
If you guys want to do the eliminations, than we can just go in order for leaders. It wont make a difference.

Arxryl 03-03-2007 12:04 PM

Okay.... sounds fair. I think that we could do it either way.

Slaveless 03-03-2007 04:12 PM

OK, elimination sounds a little compilacated in my opinion. At first, it makes sense, then it sounds unfair. It probably would cost less time to decide who is the team leader, but not everyone can contribute to the decision at once. What if one is on vacation? Or what is test time comes, and they can't be bothered by OWF? Do they get eliminated immediantly?

Cullen Heath 03-03-2007 04:30 PM

Well, if you are doing elimination, then possibly. It depends on if the team wants them gone or not. If you do it the other way, and they are the captain, and their team loses, then yeah, they're gone.
I know it sounds harsh, and I'm only being honest (not mean) when I say that if this is anyone's case, then simply don't play.

Paramite of War 03-03-2007 05:00 PM

I guess I would rather vote :) Because what if some one is eliminated then next question they know answer?

OddjobAbe 03-04-2007 01:34 AM

I think POW has a good point there.

Zerox 03-04-2007 03:50 AM

Why do we need eleminiation again?
Surely this is more about a team winning than an individual?

Wil 03-04-2007 05:17 AM

Nearer the end of the game, as the numbers on each team dwindle, the teams are combined. There is a single winner, but to have a chance of winning, you need to cooperate with your team during the first rounds.

Eliminating the team leader by working through the above lists sequentially won’t cause the people at the end of the list to win. After seven questions, every person has had an equal possibility of being eliminated or staying in the game.

I say we either stick with the original plan, or if we have voting of members off, make the current team leader the person who has the final say on who that person is.

moxco 03-04-2007 10:38 AM

Oh well, least its the native prob, not ours.:P

Wil 03-04-2007 12:50 PM

What? In what way?

Jordan 03-04-2007 12:52 PM

Oh well, least its the native prob, not ours.:P

Shut up. That wasn't even funny.

I don't mind what happens, whether there's elimanation or not.
When is the answer supposed to be in? Can we post it through the 3 days or does it have to be on the 3rd day?

Wil 03-04-2007 02:53 PM

You can post it on the first or second day, of course. Just remember that only your first answer counts, so you might be tempted to use all three days to make certain you have the best answer you can submit.

Cullen Heath 03-04-2007 07:18 PM

No, but don't post it... PM it to the host that asked the question.

ziggy 03-04-2007 07:58 PM

wait..when are the days the team leader gives their answer?

Cullen Heath 03-04-2007 08:05 PM

Within three days of when the question is given.

squeak117 03-04-2007 11:25 PM

Well, never mind that. To all the Natives, I will be gone for the next three days. It probably won't make too much of a difference to you. Just don't make me team leader or anything.

OddjobAbe 03-17-2007 01:20 PM

I know, it's been a while - have I missed something, or haven't we started?

moxco 03-17-2007 01:56 PM

When is it going to start?

Cullen Heath 03-17-2007 06:11 PM

I asked for you guys to select the order in which your team leaders will go, and then tell me how you would like to do it- the elimination way, where the losing team votes off the person who they think has put the least effort in, or where the team leaders gets eliminated if their team loses.
We can start when I have these answers. I am too busy to keep asking you guys, so I just left it, and hoped that someone would say something. Talk to your team and figure out how you all would like to do this. It's up to you.
Let me know, and then we can start.

used:) 03-17-2007 09:46 PM

I'll be gone for the next week as well, so don't choose me either.

squeak117 03-17-2007 10:30 PM

Ah, okay. I've been wondering why this hasn't moved in a while. I have exams for the next week, so it would seem fitting that I be somewhere in the vacinity of the fourth or fifth team leader chosen.

That's my offer, take it or leave it.
