Vanilla Coke was a mix between Coke and Cream Soda. Go now. Mix your own...

skillya_glowi 10-15-2006 11:44 AM

Instant coffee is the most disgusting substance on the planet. I think I spoke on that subject in the Coffee vs Tea thread...

mitsur 10-15-2006 03:14 PM

I'ma gonna say blood. Nothing else pleases the gods as much, or makes you both intimidating AND scary. And all you have to do to kill someone for it! And it'll always be warm when it's fresh! Perfect for those cold, depressing nights.

Arxryl 10-15-2006 03:21 PM

Yes... the warm wet feeling of someone elses blood running over your mouth is a satisfying one...
Wait aminute! I don't feel that way! *slaps self and resists the urge to kill a person.*

mitsur 10-15-2006 03:24 PM

Oh, I never resist that urge. I just grab my katana/sledgehammer/tiger claw/any weapon you can use in Dead Rising, and kill them. Sure, you gotta clean up the scene, but it's a great stress reliever.

Kamille 10-15-2006 03:29 PM

I like Vanilla Coke too..

*High fives*

Bullet Magnet: it was more a mixture of Coke and vanilla essence.
But better.

Anyway, I still have two boxes to drink before I kill myself through withdrawal.

Bullet Magnet 10-16-2006 07:58 AM

Ever tried cream soda? It's exactly the same as vanilla coke, minus the coke.

Statikk HDM 10-16-2006 09:38 AM

Whats red cream soda? Besides delicious. And can we please try to keep the answers clean for a change?

used:) 10-16-2006 09:45 AM

Mine are:
Apple Flavored tea
Orange Juice
Coffee
Orchata
Various sodas
And Kaluah (when I can get my hands on it)

Arxryl 10-16-2006 01:40 PM

I just tried a cookies and cream milkshake the other day, and that is now one of my favorite drinks.

Bullet Magnet 10-16-2006 01:46 PM

Coke Float: Cola with ice cream. Had it once years ago, I can't even remember it I liked it. Or if I will like it again. But I'll never forget it...

Oh, and Ice Blast. The most unhealthy drink I'll ever consume (after cyanide-laced wine). Your basic four-flavoured slushy, but the flavours are sherbert, and the colours are neon... a cool clear straw with the end bent into a spoon shape. Yeeeeeah...

Kamille 10-16-2006 06:55 PM

how can they still make cherry coke and not vanilla coke? any of the older OWF members ever try new coke?

Is 'cream soda' the same as 'ice cream soda'? If so: Yes I have.

My favourite drink is Vanilla Coke, by far. Unfortunately that's gone now. Unless they've actually realised the demand for it yet...
Yeah. I was pretty surprised when I went to Nelson recently, they must have had a really old shipment, as there were heaps of Vanilla Coke bottles for like, 60 cents each. Went a bit crazy over them there.

I believe that they're still selling New Coke in australia, (though not calling it 'new' any more). I can't drink the stuff but I did enjoy Classic when I was in the US.

Bullet Magnet 10-17-2006 11:30 AM

What's New Coke? Souds like the "New Slurm" scam in Futurama. Whose anus did they squeeze this Coke out of then?

Nate 10-17-2006 02:50 PM

Yes, "New Slurm" was a reference to "New Coke". Not the other way around, despite what many people think...

New Coke was introduced in 1985 to replace the current recipe but it totally flopped in the US. So they reintroduced the old recipe, relabeling it 'Coke Classic'. In some countries around the world, the backlash was not as strong so you couldn't even buy Classic if you wanted to.

Read the wikipedia article - 'tis most amusing.

Kamille 10-17-2006 06:46 PM

Coca-Cola II thats it! I knew it had another name did anybody ever try it, my brother told me it just tasted like Pepsi oh and you know what was cool Pepsi Blue I liked it wish they still made it, much better idea than that Crystal Pepsi!

Facsimile 10-18-2006 11:59 AM

Pepsi Blue wasn't that great except for the astounding fact that it actually tasted like 'blue'.

skillya_glowi 10-18-2006 04:05 PM

I think I drank cream soda, once upon a time. Although I don't know if it's the same as 'ice cream soda'.

Does anyone here like ginger ale?

Arxryl 10-18-2006 04:22 PM

I like ginger ale, yes.

And pepsi blue always reminded me of the little blue gummi sharks that I used to buy.

AquaticAmbi 10-19-2006 07:34 AM

I like the generic ginger ale made by big companies that you can buy anywhere. But real ginger ale is... almost painful. I had some ginger ale/"beer" in Jamaica, and I could never make up my mind about it. It was good but you could literally taste the ginger in it. No artifical gingery junk. Real ginger. It burned my throat, but it was still rather interesting.
