Rettick bursts into the clearing.

"Look out! There's a big pack of sligs heading this way!"

Osiris grabs Rettick. "How do we know you're not trying to trap us?"

Rettick tries to pull away. "We don't have time for this! They'll be here any minute!"

Aalu: "Maybe he's telling the truth... But maybe they're my pack!"

"They're not, trust me! They're heading this way to attack!"

Dragadon: "We don't need to run! We can take care of a few sligs!"

Rettick frowns. "Go easy on them, please. Some of them are my friends. They only fight because they're ordered to. If you take out Tunk - he's the big one - the others will probably desert, unless i've misjudged them."

Lilahnee turned to Rex.
"Can i have some arrows?"

*Dark Hood turns around to see the big group of sligs heading toward them in the distance. He activates his sheild.*

DH: "This'll disrupt the group. Drag, could you give me a shove?"

She sends him rolling at a tremendous speed, knocking over all the sligs before they had a chance to react.

Rex: No not you!
Slig: yes it's me Lock!
Rex: what do you want?
Lock: to take you back to the Magog Cartel, you useless piece of crap!
Rex: I'm never goin' back there!
Lock: you are I'm takin' you now!
Rex: No!
Lock: as your superior I order you to!
Rex: No! I told you I'd Rather Die!
Lock: Then so be it!

It has now been four days... Please post your boss fight. All the characters have gotten board of playing dungeons and dragons.... now they're playing sherades. Osiris is doing his best impression of a glukkon.

Osiris tries to entertain the group by juggling branches but his claws ae ill-suited to the task and he drops the branches. "Anyone wanna hear a sea shanty? OK then.

Osiris stops as he obviously has no audience. He turns to look at Rex and Lock. "Man, what's taking you so long?" Rex and Lock are going at an extremely slow speed, about a milimeter per day. "Hey!! Breaking news! He's picked up speed! A milimeter avery 12 hours!!!

*pauses briefly at playing 'Oddworld: Abe's Exodus'* Really? thats an improvement. Blast it! that scrab got me!

Lock grabbed his gun (a massive chaingun) and shot at Rex who manouvered the wings out of the way. He shot an arrow at Lock busting his chest. A few drops of blood apear.
Lock: youre wimpy arrows are no match for me!
He fired his gun again shooting Rexs bow breaking it.
Rex put his hands in the harness and brings out a grenade.
Rex: Hey Rettick what is This?
Rettick: Oh yeah that's a bomb
Rex: oh a bomb.. huh! A BOMB!
Lock laughs evily.
Rex throughs the Grenade up and it lands in Locks mouth and the countdown begins.
Lock vomits leaving the grenade on the floor.
Lock: you are the worst slig ever, if you are the slig saviour go to a factory and save sligs.
Rex: oh yeah
Lock: heh heh! I'll be waiting for you.
Lock dissapears and the grenade explodes, Rex dodges it.
Rex: I am invincible!
Then his wings splutter and he falls and bangs his head
Rex: no petrol!
He is knocked unconscious and his head bleeds.
Osiris sighs
Osiris: lets get him cleaned up!

By the way Osiris I recon you said you were named after the Egyptian god of death.
I'm sorry to say this but Osiris was actually the God of Farming on the Nile!

Haha!! You're both wrong! Anubis was the god of burials and mortuaries, not death, and Osiris is only the God of farming in Impression's title "Pharaoh" because they needed a farming god. I will quote a reference book from the library if you need further proof. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :D

Lilahnee aims a arrow at him, but Tunk shoots first. He gives her a scratch in her left side. She falls back by the hit. She looks at the wound.

Lilahnee: "Good lord, that son of a b**** shot me, and it hurts!!"

Really hopes no one is offended.

Tunk: "YOU!!"

Rettick: "Quick, pass me your bow!"

Lilahnee: "Can you use a bow?"

Lilahnee reaches out after the bow, grabs it and throws it to Rettick. She also handles over the bag with arrows to him.

DH: "Oh god, this is useless!"
*Activates shield and starts charging weapon.*

"Don't tell me its going to take a dragon to kill one little slig..." Dragadon says, somewhat annoyed, with her arms folded across her chest.

Aalu: *worried look* Do you lot always have to fight...? 'Cause if you do, I'm going back in the bush...

Rettick picks up the bow.

"How hard can this -"

The string flicks in his face.

"Aarrgghh!!"

Osiris looks around, and sees a big slab of loadstone. "This is where slavery comes in handy". He cuts off a piece, and throws it as hard as he can. Loadstones are magnetic, and it is accelerated by the magnetic pull. It smashes into his mask, and clings to it. The magnet disrupts the electronics in his mask and he is forced to take it off. He now has no armor on his face. "Aalu, come with me. We can't have you in the middle of a big fight like this. I'll help you find your mate".

"Yep looks like.." Dragadon said with a sigh as she charges Tunk.
Tunk shoots at her, but the bullets only graze her tough hide. The other sligs scamper out of her way. Tunk tries to but ends up getting a draconic head butt, sending him slaming very hard into a tree...
