If you get rid of the Lessers, stopping them from breeding, then all the rougher areas will slowly be purged of their kind. Meaning the rough areas can then be made prettyful and nice again and a decent place for society to blossom.

With The Jacobians Law, the civil issues are dealt seperately from major (murder etc). The more serious crimes are punished in a more harsher way, for example, if somebody is raped, their rapist would be institutionalised and used for either experimentation for medical or cosmetical purposes. Depending on the situation, their sentence would vary from the minimum of 10 years to the maximum of life. I'm also playing with the thought of having really heinous crimes punishable by the harvesting of organs (so, basically the death penalty).

The punishments that are dealt out through the Civil courts are less harsh. For instance, you have your typical Chav making a nuisance of himself, he gets two warnings, he ignores these warnings, he is then given the snip. His reproductive cells are, however, stored in cryo, so if he ends up being a useful member of society, he can still have his own children. However, if he is still a c*ck, his cells are incinerated, making sure he never has offspring and his badness dies out with him.

IF he has already had children, his children will be given the snip too, but as before their reproductive cells will be stored just in case they end up being decent. If they're not then off to the incinerator they go.

Well, under Jacobians rule, the Police can used brute force. Their Asps have an electric current coursing through them and all of them are well trained. If a situation seems too hot to handle for the Police, The Hounds are then brought in, and they can use whatever force they deem necessary.

Of course, once we've stamped out the vermin, potential problems that could arise from above situations will be no more. I'm quite confident that we'd eradicate any Lesser orientated problems by 2050.
