I live in a condo, in Bakersfield. Its a bit spacious... pretty nice. The entire downstairs is the garage (Only one room) and up the stairs goes straight into the kitchen/living room/stepdad's comp room In the comp room is the door to the porch, and another door to the outside stairs/joint between our condo and the neighbor's. BAH! school! I'll edit back later, sorry :( Edit: Back, Well, If you go straight from coming in the joint door, you go through a hall way were it something like this: Parent_s room My room | |Bathroom |
My house is just your average house really. The general area is pretty shitty, its prtty much a chav haven. So wherever I go, chavs usually outnumber me at least 20 to 1. Which is quite surprising really when I think about it. Mainly because the whole town (Debden) was built as a kind of replacement town for World War II evacuees that had lost their houses in the bombings. So, in theory, it should be mostly old people here... Ah well...

What are you on about? |

I believe the "archaic" architectural feature to which you're referring is known as the pitched roof. And it's not some kind of acient technology FYI, it's still a building standard all over the world, including the USA, where the shallow pitch is more common. But please don't refer to our country like it's some kind of quaint historic artefact where there are all these strange and backward old fashioned features. It's called a superiority complex and it doesn't win you any points. |

I'll elaborate when I find my damn coffee. |
:
Edit: Bah, its just a ps2 controller... Well atleast i guessed you have one. And Dino, Just because I don't have "Rooftops 101" on my class schedule, Doesn't make me ignorant. |
For the record, I plainly see a Gamecube but no N64.
|

|
I'm not console biased, so I buy whichever has the games I want. The GameCube was bought because of Zelda, and because I love Mario Party. YES. IT'S TRUE. It's a good game to play with friends who've had enough of Halo (yuck!) and want some fun. Xbox... well that's a no brainer. PlayStation 2: Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank.
Speaking of which, I finally got time today to complete Jak and Daxter 3! Huzzah! Now I just need the time to complete Ratchet and Clank 3! Alcar... |

Anyway, Metroixer, your house looks pretty awesome, and it reminds me of this rich buddy's house. 'Tis muy coolio. Alcar, I love your abode. So secksay. :D :
|
Yah to bad u couldn't see my second floor... The links just won't work!
|
I will get some piccies of my house very soon, the town is shit, but My own piece of land is pretty good. he problem is is that when we bought the place, we found out that there was a church that bnurnt down right on our backyard! Therefore the ground is crap for growing plants (bye bye weed business :crying:) but our small padio has a nice nature like feeling to it. I also like hanging out on my roof where I am hidden by this tree with huge leaves.
About the cube, just because they make a lot of kiddie games doesn't make uninnovative. They have crreated some of the most historic titles and series's. Resident Evil, the Mario games, and of course, the Zelda series. |

You are ignorant, because you think you can make up for what you don't know with bullshit. You're the classic example of the ignorant American - you know nothing of the world outside your own borders, and it doesn't even occur to you that the things you say make absolutely no sense whatsoever. |
The first is my house (on the right).
The second is Biddulph Mansions on the turning of my street (Marlborough Place) and Hamilton Terrace. I always thought it looked nice so I decided to post it. |
Soulstice, thats exactly how I imagined your house, ever since I knew you were from Maida Vale. That area is great, along with most of London, I envy you and your family's large amount of money. :p
|
:
Ya bigot. You just assume I know nothing beyond my own borders, I've had to endure several years in Europe, asshole. So lets just stop the flaming. Oh, but you have a wonderful history of flaming, don't you? |
:
Well I suppose it is a beautiful area. I like the fact I can jump on the tube and be at Bond Street within two stops. |
Soulstice I love your house, it looks so grand and fantastic! I imagined your house like that too, it's so kool. ^_^
Rich I never imagined your town like that, I saw rolling hills and sheep. :p But it's still kool. :) It is Used, but that's only the south side. The north side is like an inner city, there's such a big devide between the north 'n' the south it's unbelievable. I would like to applaude some of Dino's posts, as he explained his point in a witty way without resorting to flaming. He also said what I was thinking so eloquently. *Gives Dino a special Xiou Plushie* - Rexy |
:
For all my failures, at least I had the balls to call you out on acting like a moron without having to shrink my text and black it out. :
Anyway, yes, well done Solstice, you were quite clearly a very good person in your previous life. And that certainly is a beautiful building. Good for you. Etc. |
Solstice, you have the most sexually stimulating house I 've ever seen. Looks like a good place to keep an ebony bed...
|
I could give you a private tour of the 'ebony room' if you like ;)....
|
:
STOP WITH THE INSULTS. You get mad, and start insulting people, over a comment about ROOFS. I mean for God's sake! You could have ignored the comment. But no. You had to start this arguement. So please. Stop. |
