A tip for people with steam wishlists, if a game you put on the wishlist is never on sale then it might be on sale on sites like GMG/GOG. For example you have some games like Driver San Francisco or Rainbow Six Vegas which are never on sale on Steam (from what I can tell) but do go on sale on other sites. It definitely pays to shop around and there are a variety of sites that show you the cheapest price.

Theme Hospital is free on Origin right now.

Since Theme Hospital is currently free, someone is making an open source version of TH which requires people to own a copy of TH for it to work - It runs a little better and in higher resolutions than the original DOS game but has fewer features. It's still in active development, though.

E: I should be more coherent.

The open source version does play nicer than the original at this point. Still, free stuff is free.
