The music really is amazing, and don't do Genocide unless you want to fuck your pacifist run up forever. Well, there are tools for avoiding that but just listen to Flowey when you start the game again and you'll understand why you shouldn't reset.

Do it, Bungle! New content! Kill everyone!
Neutral>Genocide>Pacifist |
I played Sven's Coop for at least five hours straight. Extremely fun, lots of maps, weapons, and Half Life Campaign coop mode to experiment with. It was amusing revisiting Half Life with friends.
I've played Assassin's Creed Syndicate for a bit expecting it to be like Unity and I was pleasantly surprised. I actually like it a lot and I'll buy it in the near future.
I've been playing Resident Evil Zero HD on hard mode and it was soooo fucking frustrating. Might be because I screwed up a couple times in the beginning, though. Still really fun. I've never actually played through this one from beginning to end before, so it's actually a new experience for me. Some of the models (faces specifically) look a little...odd, especially Rebecca's, but it's not to the point where it significantly bothers me.
At this point, I'm wandering around with only about one clip of handgun ammo in total and in danger condition without any healing items. I've, uh, kind of backed myself into a corner. But I will persevere. |
Not exactly playing right now but I just bought this:
http://i.imgur.com/6UXA4q1.jpg Life is Strange Limited Edition. With an artbook and the (amazing) soundtrack. I especially love the cover of the soundtrack because it makes sense in-universe. It's a CD with music pirated by Max and Chloe! |
You're so going to jail
Fun fact my avatar here is Chloe from Life is Strange. And it's funny because she pirated it and my avatar is her and I'm going to jail.
Also this post is incredibly stupid, why am I even writing this? |
Calling the cops right fucking now.

More like Incarcerated Assassin.
It's not pretty. But it's justice.
I'm playing The Witness. I have no fucking idea what it's about, but it sure is pretty.
Came 9th in my first offline tourney of Mortal Kombat X. That was pretty sick.
I didn't know you can speedrun Mortal Kombat tournaments. I'm dissapointed that 8 people were faster than you.
I got Mario Maker for my birthday. Lot of fun, just wish I could unlock everything already though.
I love Darkest Dungeon
No never mind I hate Darkest Dungeon. Fuck that game... no. wait. I like it again. |
That's exactly how I feel about Skyshine's BEDLAM.

That's the charm of roguelikes and roguelites
I think it might be one of the few roguelikes that I actually enjoy.
Just wrapped up the main story for Firewatch. It’s really, really good.
I played Legend of Zelda: TriForce Heroes for a bit. It's terrible. I do not recommend it. By far the worst game in the series.

Regardless of whether I played it online, there is no overworld, nothing to explore, one town with nothing to do in it, and the dungeon's puzzles range from nonexistent to ludicrously simplistic. I can not imagine playing with other people would actually make this game fun.

Been really interested in Subnautica. Has anyone played it?
I sure have. Not much though. A friend bought it for me and I played simply for the sake of looking at it be pretty. It most definitely seems unique, though, there's nothing quite like it. I'd say it's one of those games that, if you are at all interested in it, will be a worthwhile buy for you.

I'm telling you why, unlike previous games, the game is mediocre offline: because it was designed to be play with others. It's also why the demo of this game is only playable online. Apparently, you can't play it with friends or family, but you can still give it a try online.
I no longer find the puzzles nonexistent or overly simplistic. I see now that having three people tackle the nonexistent puzzles will suddenly make them appear, and be interesting. Thank you for this insight.

Firewatch.
Okay. I technically didn't play it. I watched an entire stream of it today. Games like these I'd rather watch it all and enjoy the story. Did the same for The Walking Dead too. There's a big debate if these sorta games are actually "games" or not. Personally, if it has some form of interaction, and isn't JUST holding down forward, It's a game in my books. But anyway. The game is very interesting and has some of the best voice acting I've ever heard. The characters sound very genuine and makes them even more likable. (The boss in particular is a blast to listen to). The game is also very immersive. Even when watching a stream, I was immersed in the story and the world. The artstyle is also really nice. It reminded me a lot of TF2's. I won't spoil anything about the story so I'll just say if walking sims are your thing, it's pretty good. Nothing groundbreaking. Just a good experience. |
That “just” has a sting to it, dude. It’s definitely more than “just” good, although I could see why that might not come through so well if you’re watching in a stream instead of playing it yourself.
Better when played? Yeah I guess it would be.
I'm going to pick it up and play it when it's on sale. |
I'm about halfway through Crash Bandicoot 2: Attempting my very first 100% completion of the game. Speaking of which theres an unusual amount of hype about Crash recently..
We just like him, that's all.
There's very high hopes something is going to be announced this year.
Not only is it his 20th anniversary. Sony has been teasing the shit out of it for ages. |
Were the latest Crash games any good? I never played many of them, mainly just stopped at CTR with the exception of Twin Sanity which was pretty great, despite the reviews.
