I don't think expansions really count as games, bruh. Otherwise we'd have 985 Everquest games.

I knew I'd open this can of worms, but if the original Half Life's add ons are expansions so are the Episodes. They ain't mutually exclusive. Mind you, the original sequel/expansions were published by Sierra with very little/zero involvement on Valve's part, so this is really just a minefield of technicalities and exceptions that I've stumbled into. I think my point is that CS isn't a series so much as a lot of tech upgrades.
And Blue Shift kicks ass. Great game.
