I've kind of been up and down on my commitment to working out in the past couple of years, but for the last few months I've really buckled down and forced myself to do it. Every time I meet a goal, I take a picture at the end of the week, and label it with the amount of weeks I am into the current routine. Here are the first goal picture, and the most recent. I don't know how to show the progress while wearing a shirt, so you prudes are just going to have to deal with the shirtlessness.

Oh, I know. I still want to lose about ten pounds. That picture represents an enormous amount of effort on my part, though. I was so goddamn fat, and out of shape. I'm kind of proud of myself for actually sticking with it, and getting rid of all that weight. The muscle is definitely a new development, too.
