I can see it. To me that is most definitely another Mudokon in front. And yes it does look like the Mudokon is carrying some sort of sack.

The number at the bottom could be (if a number) 8291, as that number has cropped up several times in the ARG with no meaning as of yet, or 0451 is another likely candidate. I personally definitely see the "ED" runes from the first image in the top right, but of course it's entirely up in the air.

No, it's DEFINITELY runes with ED, I even saw them before my "paint master" skills corrected image, here's a piece from unedited image, it looks better here

I think you're correct, it does seem to be the ED runes! On the far left going off screen, I see the shoulder, rolled up pack and possibly ear (top left corner) of a second Mud, as though they're being marched in a line into the mines through some kind of security checkpoint, after being given a slave number and equipment.
