No, I think WoF's point was to disagree with Nepsotic. It is a live desktop wallpaper that will save the screen as effectively as a screensaver. In summary, it is a live desktop wallpaper.

The wallpaper in my room isn't animated and I wouldn't want it to be for pretty obvious reasons. The same goes for my desktop.

It's quite ugly and I'm glad they moved away from it.

I remember updating to W7 and wishing it looked more like XP. How times change.

That, and the colors don't really clash well with most wallpapers that I've seen. The cut-off from the taskbar to the desktop is just really... sharp.

I've also grown accustomed to transparency.

I always liked silver and olive much, much more than the blue theme.

My colour scheme in Win7 is really reminiscent of olive.

Really disturbs me that anyone would willingly put something that awful as their wallpaper.

It's not that it's just a gross picture because of the content, but it's horribly drawn and just plain looks like shit.
