Just do this:

listening to Sting, Soul Cake. makes sense once you realise its about what people used to do for Halloween, before the upcoming Christmas.

no You Tube videos give it justice; it doesn't seem to capture the little sounds you can hear in a higher quality version of the song. in other words the quality is lower.

Leto 11-04-2009 10:54 AM

welcome to flac.

Hobo 11-07-2009 07:20 AM

Does anyone here use Spotify?

Wings of Fire 11-07-2009 07:24 AM

Yes.

MeechMunchie 11-07-2009 08:50 AM

I highly reccomend that everybody who has Morrowind puts the soundtrack on their player. As well as being beautiful ssongs that make you appreciate nature and make you feel nostalgic, you end up swinging an imaginary sword in the middle of town.

Mac Sirloin 11-07-2009 11:57 AM

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFINALLY got the Lit Fuse collection. It's pretty good.

Sup 2006. I mainly just listen to it on the computer nowadays.

MeechMunchie 11-07-2009 12:20 PM

It's not the same - since MW was in 1st person and my home town is full of parks and woods, I feel like I've stepped into the game.

I completely agree I have it on my mp3 player.

For some reason I just can't seem to get michael jackson's smooth criminal out of my head it's just so catchy.

Leto 11-07-2009 12:35 PM

Sup 1987.

Fluid 11-08-2009 07:39 AM

dnb anyone.... darkstep to be precise

my favorite producers are the sect, propaganda, counterstrike, eye-d...

Leto 11-08-2009 09:31 PM

dnb is uber lame, but it's nice when dnb producers make dubstep.

Fluid 11-09-2009 01:22 AM

I prefer dnb more......

MarsMudoken 11-09-2009 01:23 AM

I didn't like the song.

OANST 11-09-2009 05:55 AM

My little three song ep that I made in a studio when I was nineteen was apparently located by a friend of mine. I haven't had it for years and years, and am excited to get it back. I'll put the songs up here when I get it.

I even got some play on college radio with one of the songs.

OddJobAbe will be happy to hear I've got the new Flight Of The Conchords album. Angels is basically a lullaby (Or should that be LOL-aby! LMAO) for adults (I've been playing it every night as I go to sleep. Try it). I've Got Hurt Feelings showcases their system of taking a group of songs and reducing them to their most trivial examples \/
:

I make a meal for my friends, try to make it delicious
Try to keep it nutritious; Create wonderful dishes
Not one of them thinks about the way I feel
Nobody compliments the meal
I've got hurt feelings
I've got hurt feelings
I feel like a prize asshole, no one even mentions my casserole
I've got hurt feelings
I've got hurt feelings
You could have said something nice about my profiteroles
Two minor complaints:
1. They seem to be holding back the most popular songs (I'm Not Crying and What You're Into aka The Things I Would Realistically Do For You spring to mind).
2. In their self-titular album, you could tell they had looked at the songs since the series and improved them. With this I'm pretty sure it's just the audio from the DVD.

OddjobAbe 11-09-2009 11:10 AM

Thank you for reminding me that I need to go get that album. Jemaine's sections crack me up the most (those daft little raps especially).

OANST 11-09-2009 02:01 PM

I have so much to vomit.

shaman 11-09-2009 02:11 PM

If it's any comfort to you, i love Folk music and soft rock just as much as metal.

OANST 11-09-2009 02:14 PM

Soft rock? Like Barry Manilow?

Watch this:

Wings of Fire 11-09-2009 02:15 PM

Forgive me if I'm out of order
But this new music has no soul
It may be good for making money
Sadly that is not my goal.

Indeed.

Disgruntled Intern 11-09-2009 02:44 PM

Where the Wild Things Are soundtrack.

Oh, Karen O., how I love you, fucking weirdo that you are.

Mac Sirloin 11-09-2009 05:22 PM

Ennio Morricone. Fucking classy.

the god, the bad and the ugly.... theme song (I think) for that film is the best.....

does anyone listen to classical music..

used:) 11-10-2009 05:21 AM

From Bach to Bartok. :D

And yeah, Ecstasy of Gold kicks ass. Don't know if that's the theme though. Admittedly, I've never seen it.

Yup, that man is some kind of god.

Josh 11-10-2009 08:24 AM

Leaked Lady GaGa song:

MA 11-10-2009 08:41 AM

at times it seems she cares more about dressing up like a twat than the actual music.

don't like her or her music.

Wings of Fire 11-10-2009 08:45 AM

If I wanted to listen to mindless pop then I'd stick on some S-Club 7.

Not...that I do, mind.

OANST 11-10-2009 12:35 PM

So, I have the songs now, but I can't figure out how post mp3s. Any ideas?

OddjobAbe 11-10-2009 12:38 PM

May be a shit idea, but it gets it done.

With some luck, somebody else will think of something better.

OANST 11-10-2009 12:50 PM

I think it worked. Okay, I'm actually kind of nervous even showing these. I was 19 when I made them. The lyrics are often juvenile at best, and my playing (especially on track three) can be rather shoddy. Nonetheless, I am somewhat proud of them.
