I'm not so sure. I think those sligs know exactly what they're doing when they shoot the glukkons. Who doesn't dream of killing their bosses (expecially bosses as cruel and sadistic as Glukkons)?

Wildum was a worker Slig at RuptureFarms who treated Alf and the other Mudokons kindly. Sadly for him, if I remember correctly, the other Sligs beat him to death with his own arms. *Sniff* What a hero...

Alf: Once there was a slig named Wildum who was kind of a nice guy to me and Abe. He didn't beat us, and he'd even let us have a drink, if we brought him one, too. The other sligs found out, and they beat him to death with his own arms. It was horrible.
