Hmm, I was pretty certain. But then again, OWI have never been very good with continuity, whether it's the thousand year difference between when Abe's Moon was formed or how many fingers Mudokons have. I'll try and find some nice proof.

In the AE movie 'Reward', in which Abe is rewarded with the power to heal Mudokons sick from brew (and gained his very sexy chest tattoo), Abe has a flashback to his Oddysee, and does a voiceover:

"I'd been through this before - that's when I got the power to shut down RuptureFarms. That's when I first saw the creatures of Oddworld as they used to be...before we chopped 'em into Tasty Treats."

'The creatures of Oddworld' is a general term meaning, specifically, Paramites and Scrabs. So 'Tasty Treats' is a general term meaning Paramite Pies and Scrab Cakes.

Oh, okay, it's kinda vague, but work with it until I stumble across something, anything further.
