Chapter 15 Running!


Our friends were running through the thick brush being chased by the meech pack. The screams of the meeches was all around. Then suddenly they ran into an open field of long grass.

"Comeon lets move!" "They are comeing!"

"Look it's the mountain!" Yelled Silak. "Comeon we are almost there!"

"Zin I need to slow down!" Yelled Kluna. "I can't keep up!"

"A little bit further Kluna."

As our friends made it into the middle of the field the meeches were no longer chaseing them. For they went back into the brush.

"They are no longer chaseing us!" Said Zin.

"Something spooked them" replied Silak.

"I wonder what?"

"No matter the mountain is now just across the field." "We will go there and climb the Stair way of the clouds." "There at the top, the sacred temple of the sligs awaits." Explained Silak.

But suddenly as our friends were getting closer to the mountain the Rorm beast came rampageing out of the jungle and started attacking a small herd of scrabs running across the field.

"LOOK OUT!"

The Rorm was chaseing the small herd of scrabs onto the other side of the field.

"Wow the Rorm moves very fast!" "Look how it is killing those scrabs!" Explained Kluna. "Just one huge swipe of it's claws and they are gone!" "Luckily he's way over there and we are here far awey from him."

"Stay low in the grass guys or he will see us." Explained Silak.

"Thats what must of spooked the meeches!" Explained Zin.

"Yea."

"Even though he's way over there he can still see us because a Rorms vision is very good." Explained Silak.

"So stay low and follow me!"

Are friends were sneaking across the field un notice by the feeding Rorm. For now they will soon make it to the stair way of the clouds and the Sacred Temple of the sligs awaits. What will they have to here from the Great Chun him self?

Chapter 16 The Stair Case of the Clouds!

"We made to the Stair case guys!" "Lets move!"

"Um I don't know Silak thats a long way up!" Cried Kluna and Zin

"We will be fine just take slow steps!"

An hour past and they were in the middle of the vast Stair case. Kluna and Zin were starting to get annoyed by this.

"Silak you said we will be fine!" "You said no problems!" "I AM GETTING TIRED!"

"Relax this is easy!" Yelled Silak.

"Yea, maybe for you but are legs arent as long and as strong as yours!" Cried Kluna.

Suddenly a large winged creature came flying down to attack our friends.

"Ahaha!" "Watch out, It's a Slawk Bird!" Yelled Silak

"What in odds name is a Slawk Bird?" Asked Zin.

"It's a large Bird that lives high in the mountains!" "They are carniverous!" Yelled Silak. "Duck!"

The Slawk came swooping in and just missed our friends by an inch.
"Comeon lets move before he comes back!" Yelled Zin.

Then the Slawk made another attempt to catch our friends. It swooped in again and picked up Kluna by the pony tail.

"Ahaha! help Zin help!"

"We are comeing Kluna!" "Silak what do we do?"

"Get onto my sholders and jump!" Explained Silak.

"I am comeing Kluna!"

"Hurry, before he flies awey!" Yelled Kluna.

"Grab on to my staff!" Yelled Zin.

And Zin manage to grab Kluna with his hikeing stick. But then the Slawk started to attack Zin. Zin started whacking at the beast and the beast flew awey without a lunch.

"Are you ok Kluna?"

"Yea, I am fine!" "Hey look, it's the temple!" "We made it!" "Yay!"

And so they made it to the temple of the sligs to seek wisdom from the great slig know it all, Chun. What surprises awaits our friends?

Chapter 17 The Sligs of the Alfa!

As our friends climbed the last bit of stairs of the mountain, they walked up to the door and knocked. But nobody answered until suddenly the door opened to a large chamber with sligs everywhere. These sligs were no ordinary sligs with mechanical pants. For these sligs had real legs and were not wareing masks and carrying guns like the ones on Mudos. The sligs were wareing robes and were piecefully greeting Kluna, Zin, and Silak.
There were even Big Bros with real legs carrying carts with passengers inside to someplace in the temple fortress. Also there were flying sligs with real wings that were watering gardens that were hanging high up on the ceiling. There were slig children playing in the walkway. They too had real legs and were wareing robes.

"Greetings fellow travelers." "We love vistitors as you can see." "We don't get many visitors here." "So we are pleased to have you here." "The sligs of the Alfa welcome you all." "My name is Kleek." "What do you wish to seek my friend."

"This is Kluna and Zin." Said Silak. "I am Silak." "We are here to seek out the great Chun." "As you know my people are being killed at the hands Clorn and his minions." "Kluna and Zin come from a far off place called Mudos." "They were sent here by a huge storm and they are trying to get home." "Please we need to speak to Chun about this." Explained Silak. "It is of great importance."

"What sort of importance my friend?" Asked Kleek.

"It is of life and death!" Said Zin.

"Yea!" Replied Kluna.

"Very well I will take you to him but us sligs of the Alfa have a tradition." "When ever visitors come we have a great feast and we have them stay a night here to rest up." "So do come and join us to celebrate life with us." "We wish to be your friend and get to know you." "The sligs of the Alfa don't believe in war." "For all walks of life are welcome here in Chuns kingdom." "So come and relax with us and then you will get your answers you seek my friends." Explained Kleek.

"Very well we will find a place to sleep."

"No need, we already prepaired a place for you." Said Kleek.

"Mann I am liking this!" Said Kluna. "Why can't the sligs on Mudos be like these sligs?"

"Yea me too, this is good for us after a long adventure through the jungle and being chased by meeches caught, up in a battle and almost get eaten by the Rorm beast and almost falling to are death on a bridge and getting attacked by a huge bird." "We can use the rest right about now!" Said Zin

"Come it is time for the dinner my friends." Explained Kleek.

And they were now safe inside the temple of the sligs for the time being of coarse.

Chapter 18 The Dark Room!

Meanwhile on top of a dorment volcano a huge fortress stood tall. The sounds of screaming and whiping were comeing from within. Thousands of Dark Mud spheres were all parked all around the fortress. A bunch of Dark Muds were going inside of the fortress jokeing with one another. While Trilas, the leader of the army was standing in the gateway stareing out at the the sun set in the horizon. He was thinking of Kluna and Zin and his arch rival Silak.
He then was thinking to himself.

"Who are these mudokins that seem to be among the glukkens?" "Why are they here?" "And most importantly where do they come from?" "They said that they were from the north and there master wanted Silak for himself." "Who is this master in which the two mudokins speak of?" Thought Trilas. "Hmm!"

Then Trilas turned around and walked into the fortress and was headed for the Dark Room. He came upon a bunch of Dark Muds jokeing with one another.

"You guys stop joking you have work to do!" Yelled Trilas.

"Yes sir master Trilas!" "We are right on it!" Cried the group of Dark Muds.

"WELL THEN?" GET TO IT!" Yelled Trilas.

"Ahhhh!" "Yikes!" Cried the Dark Muds. and they ran off.

Then Trilas walked into the Dark Room and stood upon a platform. The Dark room was completely pitch black. The only light that existed in this room was the dim light over the platform. But all around was complete darkness. Trilas stood there stareing in the darkness. Then a low voice came from within the darkness.

"Why do you come here my friend?" Said the deep voice.

"I come to seek you my lord." Said Trilas

"STATE YOUR BUSINESS DARK MUD!" Yelled the voice.

"We have conqured Zilanoff the great underground city of the glukkens my lord." Replied Trilas.

"Ahh, the champion has come!" Said the voice. "You have spoken of the new Mudokins among the glukkens?" Explained the voice.

"Yes my lord, they are different."

"In what way?" Said the voice.

"They don't even look like us they sport a pony tail and they are green." Explained Trilas.

"Hmm, Mudokins of Mudos?" Said the voice.

"Whats that you say my lord?" Asked Trilas.

"Nothing of your concern, go now and finnish your duty!" Replied the voice."
"But my lord you said..?"

"Be gone now there is nothing left to discuss with me."

"Yes my lord!" Replied Trilas.

He then left the Dark room with the large door shutting behind him. Meanwhile in the Darkroom the voice thought of what Trilas said and questioned to him self it.

"Mudos?" Hmm.

Chapter 19 The dinner!

Meanwhile in the temple of the sligs Kluna, Zin, and Silak were enjoying dinner with their new friends. When Kleek announced to everybody to bow down for Chun the great slig know it all was comeing to join them.

"Sligs of the Alpha, bow down for our king comes."

Then as everybody bowed down, trumpets sounded and the great Chun came in from behind a great curtain of silk. Chun was a very different looking slig. He was 20 ft tall and his long mouth tenticals were small and short. Chun was not the color of yellow like the other sligs were. For he had the colors blue and green to him.

"My fellow sligs of the alpha." "Let us eat for this food shall not be waisted!" "Tonight is a night of celebration for every night is a celebration of life." "But tonight is special because of our guests."
Explained Chun.

Then everybody at the banquet started to eat.

"Hey Kluna, we have to talk to him about our delema."

"Not now Zin, I am enjoying our treatment here."

Then Zin turned to Silak who was sitting next to him.

"Ive never seen Kluna so happy since we were stranded Silak." "I think he is starting to like it here." Explained Zin.

"He needs someone who would treat him better than I have!" Explained Zin. "Ive alweys been ordering him around back on Mudos and sometimes he hates me for that." Explained Zin. "But we have been alweys friends since we were Mudoklings liveing with our mother Sam." "Am I going crazy Silak?" Explained Zin.

"Sure your not!" "You two are in seperable friends." I see it in you two ever since I met you." "It is normal for you to have disagreements about things especially dangerous things." "I think he is just trying to fit in with you since you show signs of a great leader." "Thats all." "So treat him with more respect and he will thankyou for that Zin." Explained Silak.

"Oh thanks Silak you know a lot!" "He will wonder what has come over me when I start treating him better." Laughed Zin.

And they all were eating and enjoying the strange but exotic music of the Sligs not even thinking that the next day they will have to leave the temple and continue their great journey and brave the unknown of this Lost Conntinent. But they won't do so until they get the wisdom of which they are seeking from Chun.

Chapter 20 A Long Journey Ahead

It was next mourning and there was a herd of scrabs that were feeding on some paramites down below the mountain on the field. A flock of birds flew out of the surrounding jungles into the bright, blue sky of Oddworld. Sounds of thousands of creatures filled the jungles. Meanwhile Kluna, Zin, and Silak were comeing down the Stair way of the Clouds, escorted by Chun and other sligs along with Kleek.

As they got to the bottom, Chun stoped and sat down on the field of grass. He then raised his hand and clapped to call his royal Bodyguards over.

"Get me my Alpha leaf tea." ordered Chun. "Now my friends, this is where I come to meditate." "Please join me and sit." explained Chun.

Then Kluna, Zin, and Silak sat down along with Kleek.

"Master Chun, we have been trying to seek you out for the longest time now." said Silak. "For we are in great distress." "The evil Clorn and his minons of Dark Muds have sloughtered thousands of my people and inslaved us." "Kluna and Zin were accidently sent here and are trying to get back home." "Please we need your guidance."

"I sense that you are from Mudos am I right?" Asked Chun.

"Why yes Chun we are!" Cried Zin.

"There is only one way you can go back home my friends." "And that is to find a relic of un speakable power!" Explained Chun.
"It is known as the relic of the omega." "It was created by a race of powerful beings who have long been extinct for a mileneum."

"Where is it?" asked Kluna.

"It is of ten, thousand, miles of here in the center of the conntinent." "This relic will allow you to transport out of here but."

"But what?"

"It is missing." "You must find it." "But it won't be easy my friend." "For it has been written in the sacred scroll of the slig that there shall come a day when two worriors from a distant land shall bring balence to this land." "And that day has come." "Clorn is growing strong with his power."

"Who is Clorn?" Asked Silak.

"For Clorn is an indety of un speakable evil that never was heard of on Oddworld." Nobody knows what he is and what his purpose is." "Clorn will stop at nothing to destroy your race." "You must hurry for Clorn will destroy us as well." "We call him the devour of Sauls."

"Has anybody ever seen him."

Then with a slight turn of Chuns head he desplayed a ghostly look in his eyes and said one word.

"NO!"

"My friends you shall not leave this place until you destroy Clorn." "For his power grows even more every day." "Find the Relic and destroy the evil that has choked this Lost Conntenint." "You are the only hope!" Cried Chun.

"My friends, Just as Clorn took this place he will take the rest of Oddworld with him." "So you must vanquish him once and for all before its too late!" Explained Chun. hurry find the relic and bring piece to the land."

"We don't know where to go Chun?"

"Follow the creatures they will lead you to the center." "For one day we will return to celebrate the victory over this Lost Conntenint." "Go now and be brave my friends."

And then our friends were off in surch of the lost relic of the omega. What dangers awaits them? Time will only tell.

Chapter 21 A quick escape!

As our friends got up from the ground Chun thanked them for comeing and visiting them for the night. He supplied each of them with some alpha slig powder.

"Take this my friends it is my alpha slig powder." "It will bring you good luck."

"Thanks Chun." Said all of them.

Then Suddenly a loud horn blew from the other side of the field. It was a line of Dark spheres.

"LOOK, THERE THEY ARE!" said Trilas.

Then suddenly all the spheres started rolling towards our friends at top speed.

"Oh my odd here we go again!" yelled Kluna.

"Run get going!" "We will take care of these guys!" Explained Chun.

"But!"

"No buts, just go!" "There are some alpha sligs waiting for you down at the bottom of the small hill."

"Comeon lets move before we are mince meat with them!" Said Zin.

And then they were off. Luckily there were alpha sligs waiting for them.

As they left the area the spheres rolled right up to Chun. Out came Trilas with his weapon.

"You, Alpha Slig where did they go?" Asked Trilas.

"I do not know who you are talking about." said Chun.

"Very well, we will find them and when we do, I will have my revenge!" Explained Trilas.

As our friends got down at the bottom of the hill, alpha sligs were there waiting for them. The alpha sligs had three strange looking Elums with them. They were of different color and they also seemed bigger than the typical Elum. What is in store for our friends?

chapter 22 The Riders of Conquest!

Kleek, the Alpha slig was at the bottom of the hill greeting our friends. When Kluna asked what kind of Elums were those.

"Great, you guys made it." "I think they lost you." said Kleek

"Kleek, what kind of Elums our these?" Asked Kluna.

"Ah yes, these are a gift from Chun Himself." "These Elums are very special." "They are known as Alpha Elums." "Alpha Elums are much more stronger and bigger and faster than their conterparts." "These Elums are for you guys." Explained Kleek. "You will need them for your journey." "They are as strong as a scrab and as fast as those Spheres." "Take care of them and they will take care of you."

"I want the black one with the feathery stripe on it's back." Said Zin.

"Ill take the green one!" Said Kluna.

"And I will take the blue one!" Said Silak.

Then they jumped up onto there Elums and they indeed looked like great worrors of bravery. For two mudokins and a glukken, they sure looked brave. It was this look of bravery in our friends which gave the Alpha sligs the confidence in them. Suddenly the platoon of Dark Muds lead by Trilas, approached the hill. A horn blew and Trilas came out of his sphere.

"Sir, they got Alpha Elums we won't be abel to catch them now!" Said one of the dark muds.

"We don't need to catch them right now." "for I know where they are headed!" "They are headed for the center hehe!"

"The center?" "Oh yes I forgot the center hahahahahahah!" laughed a dark mud.

"They are screwed!" "For the wilderness they enter, is a hostle place indeed!" "They will be lucky if they even make it to the center of the Contenent!" "Ten thousand miles of night marish conditions!" "Lets go!" Said Trilas.

And the dark muds got back into their spheres and started rolling back to their fortress. But Trilas took his sphere and rolled right in front of the platoon blocking their way out. Then Trilas came out of his sphere.

"Where are you headed?" Yelled Trilas.

"We are going back like you said!" Said one of the dark muds.

"No, we follow them and keep a low profile." "I want to see why they are headed for the center." "We can learn so much!" Explained Trilas.

"But sir you said!"

"I know what I said, we will follow them!" "LETS MOVE!" Yelled Trilas.

Meanwhile our friends were riding off into the Oddworld sunset on there Alpha Elums. As they were headed on their great journey of conquest, Chun was looking out from a balcony in his temple at them and thought to himself.

"Go my friends find the relic, destroy the evil you will." Thought Chun. "Be the riders of Conquest!"

He then smiled and turned to Kleek and asked him to follow them into the unknown wilderness.

"Kleek, you will keep an eye out for them."

"But master they are long gone!" Said Kleek.

"Take my alpha Elum he is the fastest." "But keep low until there is trouble!" "We cannot afford loseing them Kleek." "You have my promise that they will return with Victory?" Asked Chun.

"Yes master I will not let you down!" Explained Kleek.

Then Kleek took his cape and spear and mounted onto his Alpha Elum and rode off aswell into the great unknown wilderness of this Lost Conteninet.

"Indeed for they are the riders of Conquest!" Thought Chun.

Chapter 23 The North Wilderness!

It was getting dark, and our heros were rideing their alpha elums across the vast field. They decided to slow down and walk for they were out of harms way of Trilas and his platoon of dark muds. What they dident know was the fact that Trilas was also following them but hideing far behind them. As Zin looked up into the clear star lit sky, he notice a strange moon with several markings on it's surface. It was two Mudokin faces with a shape of a glukkens body surounding the faces. He was in wounderment in what that meant. In the distants they could hear the loud roar of a Rorm Beast howling at the moon. Also they could hear the sounds of other strange creatures comeing from far ahead of them into the wilderness they were about to enter. It was almost as if no inteligent life form existed within the wilderness they were to embark into. For the wilderness had an errie darkness that seemed to hunt Kluna and Zin, and Silak.

"I am scared Silak!" "We don't know what exists out there!" Said Zin.

It seemed as if something was hunting Zins mind But he was not aware of it at all. So they stoped and took a rest before they were to journey into the black pine forest. For this pine forest was an errie sight to see.

"It is known that the field in which we just crossed is the great divide of the south and the north." "That is probally why it is cooler here." "We are further North." explained Silak.

"Are you just saying that to keep us from being scared?" Asked Kluna.

"Why yes!" Laughed Silak. "Don't worry we will camp here tonight and tomarrow mourning we will start up again."

"But what about preditors?" Asked Zin.

"They won't come!" "Our Alpha Elums will warn us by waking us up if something was near like a Rorm or a meech." "Lets get some rest and we will start up tomarrow!" Explained Silak.

And so they did but mean while on top of a small rise in the field Trilas stood there looking down at them. Then one of the other dark muds came up to him and asked.

"Sir, what is it that makes you so cerous in them?"

"It is their difference between us." "They are not from here and I want to know why they are here." "Clorn knows something, and I need to find out." Explained Trilas.

"Sir, come, it is getting late, join us back at camp." "We will catch them but right now I am tired." Said the dark mud.

"You never ceased to amaze me." "Very well, let us sleep." Said Trilas.

Then as the dark mud went back to the camp Trilas stood there and thought to him self.

"Soon Silak, soon I will have my revenge!" "And as for your new found friends, may they feel the real nature of this land!" "For whare ever they come from, they will know what fear is and fear shall strike them ten fold"

Then Trilas went back to camp to rest. As for our friends, they sleep tonight, but unknown dangers await.

The story I have to say gets better, every time I read it. Spooky.:) :fuzgrin: :D

Chapter 24 Zin's Dream!

It was the middle of the night. A gust of wind blew past our sleeping friends and the crickets were chirping. Zin was turning back and forth as he lie there a sleep. The small camp fire was almost completely out and the moon with the figures was full. The dim glow of the moon shown upon them, like a hunted sight indeed.

Then Zin awoke and found him self walking alone through the tall grasses of the great field they crossed. He looked up in the sky, and saw the moon turning red as blood. Then he looked, and before him, was a vast ocean. He then notice a small fishing boat drifting out there lifeless and still. Suddenly, the sky grew black and hid the bloody moon. Then Zin looked back at the boat and notice it was gone. But then the entire ocean became lifeless and red, as what the moon appeared.

He began to hear screams and yelling comeing from behind him. He turned, and what he saw was his home villiage ingulped in flames, and the sloghtering of innocent Mudokins.

Suddenly, everything grew deathly silent, and Zin couldent see anything but complete darkness all around him. He looked down at his hands, and they were covered with blood. As he looked he was deeply frighten for what he saw, was 3 staffs with the pierced heads upon them. The first staff had the head of his best friend Kluna and the second had the head of Silak. But he noticed the 3rd staff was hidden behind a shadow. He ran up to it and what appeared was his own head upon the staff. Zin began to panic in utter tourment and fear. As the face of evil appeared in front of him.

"Who are you!" Yelled Zin.

And face laughed even more.

"Fool, I am what I am!" Replied the face.

And then the face dissappeared into the darkness. Zin then suddenly woke up from this horrible dream yelling.

"Ahhhhhhhhhh!"

"what the?" "Whats going on here!" Yelled Kluna and Silak.

"Zin are you ok what happen?" "Your sweating all over and your breathing hard!" Explained Kluna.

"I don't know I just had horrible dream." "You were in it and you were in it as well." "But it wasant pretty!" "I am alright we should just go back to sleep since we have a big day tomarrow!" Explained Zin.

"Are you sure Zin?" Asked Silak.

"Yea I am fine it was just a dream, ill be alright."

"Alright what ever!" Said Kluna and Silak.

And the 3 went back to sleep. But what was the meaning behind the dream and most importantly, who was the laughing face?

All I can say is I'm freaked, that was one scary dream. An interesting Revelation. Great chapter!:fuzcool: :fuzgrin: :) :fuzwink: :D

Chapter 25 Come the Dawn of a the Giants!

It was mourning and a flock birds flew past our friends. The sun was just comming up over the horizon. Silak with his Alpha Elum was standing a little awey from Kluna and zin that were still sleeping. For he was looking into the forest but it seemed as if the forest was looking back. Then he noticed it, a figure moveing throughout the tree line a large figure. He got onto his Alpha Elum and ran back to the camp to wake up Kluna and Zin.

"Guy's wake up! We have company!"

"Wha what's going on Silak?" asked Kluna.

"I am trying to sleep Silak!" yelled Zin.

"We got company!"

"Who Silak who?" cried both of them.

"It's best we get going!" "I seen this thing before."

"What is it?" asked Zin.

"Ok get your spears and mount onto your Alpha Elum." "I will explain when we get out of here."

"Alright relax Silak we are moveing!"

And so they did but as they mounted onto there Alpha Elums and turned to enter into the forest, they were frozen in utter fear for what was standing in front of them, was a massive Scrab the size of an entire tree.

"What in odds name is that!" yelled Zin.

Then suddenly another giant creature came out of the forest. For this was a massive paramite. It made a loud screeching noise and elerted the giant scrab. Then suddenly the two Giants started fighting each other just before a Rorm beast came rampageing out of the forest persueing our friends for breakfest. But it notice the other giants fighting each other. Now the giant Paramite and the giant scrab were being slashed at by the Rorm.
Then suddenly an entire pack of meeches came running in and getting there fill off the entrails of the two giants. staying clear from the feeding Rorm. Kluna and Zin were in wounderment and fear of this primative sight of nature at it's best.

"WOW giant scrabs and paramites!" "I can't believe it!" Said Kluna and Zin.

"Well you better they are known as alpha scrabs and alpha paramites." "Like all alpha creatures they are more evolved then their counterparts." "In this case these alpha creatures are giants." "We are lucky because we would have been feed for those creatures just now." "Lets move before that Rorm sees us." explained Silak.

And quickly our friends snuck pass the two large carcasses and the Rorm un noticed. They sliped into the forest and were gone. Meanwhile Trilas and his platoon were slowly following them as well as sneaking pass the Rorm and into the forest. Our friends managed to escape un harmed as well as our enemy. What adventures do they face? And what ever happen to Kleek?

chapter 26 The Second Revelation!

And thus our friends made it pass the giants into the deep forest un noticed and quite. They decided to stop and take a rest for their Alpha Elums were tired and they needed to be fed.

"Guys, lets stop we have gone far enough lets take a rest." said Silak.

And so they did. Zin decided to lie down on a log and rest a little and Kluna was down by the river bank drinking some water. And Silak was feeding the Alpha Elums. It was quite for a while when Zin once again found him self standing alone. Then as he looked ahead of him self and saw Kluna standing there stareing right at him with an strange grin on his face. Then Zin asked.

"Kluna whats wrong?"

But Kluna did not answer him. He just stared at him with a hunting grin on his face as if he was evil himself.
Suddenly Kluna answered.

"Follow us Zin, we need you!"

A strange force came over Zin that caused him to hover off the ground to follow Kluna. Zin tried to resist but couldent.

"I don't want to go, don't let me go please I don't want to go!" cried Zin.

"Follow us Zin, we want you!" replied Kluna.

"Who?"

Then as Zin was slowly hovering behind a seemingly possesed Kluna the sky once again grew dark and the moon became blood. They came up to the river and the river became a stream of blood as Zin was slowly let down. And then he looked, and there came upon thousands of mudokin sauls drowning in the river reaching out for Zin but could not touch him. all of them were expressing the words I am what I am. Then as he looked, Kluna expressed an evil grin on his face like the face he saw in the first incounter.

"What are you?"

Kluna took his finger and scraped in the ground five familure words "I am what I am." with a large engraveing of a C around the words. The words then filled with blood and Zin looked up and saw the evil one stareing at him like Kluna was. Kluna was gone and the ghostly face remained stareing at him huntingly.

Suddenly he awoke yelling once again.

"Nooooooooooo!" Cried Zin.

"Are you alright?" "Oh odd you had another dream right." said Kluna and Silak.

Breathing hard and frighten for death, Zin took his finger and pointed at the ground behind Silak and Kluna.

"What is it Zin?"

"Look!" replied Zin.

And so they did, and what they saw was the words I am what I am with the engraveing of the C around it covered in blood.

"What is that Silak?" cried Kluna.

"I don't know but I bet it has to do with Zin and his dreams." "Look at him he is breathing hard." "Something is controling and scareing him through his dream."

"What?"

"I don't know, but I feel we are going to find out sooner or later."

Zin got himself up and told his friends all about his dream and how it related to the first one. He was not sure why he was haveing such dreams but for one thing they all knew, was the fact that something or someone is controling them. what, we don't know. Our friends then got back onto their alpha Elums and started up again following the river.

Meanwhile far off over the hills and mountains and across the great lake to the deepest darkest cornor of the continent, a strange light appeared through the mist and began to pulsate as two red eyes blinked out of the mist and dissapeared into the unknown. What is in store for our friends? What is the meaning of the bloody words with the C? Why Zin? Time will only tell.

Chapter 27 The Creature of the River!

The river flowed steadily throughout this ancient forest, curving throughout the tall ancient trees. The massive trees sweyed back and forth in the gentle breeze of Oddworld's lush cornacopia of life. The sounds of many creatures filled this ancient forest, as if it had a spirit. Meanwhile our friends were following the winding river, when Kluna noticed something jump out of the water and back in.

"What was that?" yelled Kluna.

Then anouther thing jumped out of the river and back in again. This time it started moveing to the bank of the stream to our friends. Our friends stood there motionless and scared. For they did not know what was comming. Suddenly, it hopped out of the water onto the bank. The creature stood there in a dark shadow underneath a willow. Kluna paniced, but the creature began to talk.

"Why do you panic for I am friendly to all?" said the creature.

"What?"

Suddenly, it came out of the shadow to reviel himself to our friends. What creature is this that seems to approach our friends in a friendly manner?:lol:

chapter 28 the Two Legged One!

With astonishment and amazement Kluna and Zin stood there stareing at the so called mysterous creature. Silak, suddenly was glad to see the creature there for he knew him well.

"Guys don't be scared it's Blunk my friend!" Explained Silak.

"But Silak It's a....!" said Zin.

"Yes I know it's a gabbit." Said Silak.

"But gabbits have only one leg." said Kluna. "Not two."

"Yes maybe where you come from but here the gabbits have two legs." Explaned Silak.


"You never seem to amaze me Silak." "Wow two legged gabbits, Interesting!"

Then Blunk the two legged gabbit spoke.

"What are you three doing this far into the land?"

"We are in search for the lost relec of the Omega to bring an end to Clorns raign over this land." Explained Silak. "My two friends are from Mudos and are trying to find their way home."

"Wow guy's unfortunatly Clorn has taken control of the western and southern territorys with his army of Dark Mudokins." "We saw them destroy your city of Zilanoff Silak." "I am deeply sorry!" "We are gathering an army together to take him on." "The great Chun of the Alpha sligs are also joining as well." "We must not let Clorn destroy us!" "My friends of Mudos we were told that you were sent here by profacy to liberate this land." "We wish to help you on your journey." Explained Blunk.

"Silak, Chun must of told him everything." said Zin.

"Thanks but where we are going you could not come."

"The center right?" "Guys I know the wilderness all over the place and you will need me." "I will swim down stream and let you know whats ahead and I will tell the rest of my people to help as well." "And we will do this until you are safely to the lake of Osmika the Misty one." "She will help you from their." "It is known that she is more wiser than the Great Almighty Raison." "She lives on Misty Island at the center of the lake."

"Thanks my two legged friend." "We will seek her out!" Explained Zin.

And so he did and our friends got back on to their Alpha Elums and journeyd off again this time with the clever help of their new found friends the two legged gabbits. Meanwhile up on a hill a dark scout was watching them but Kleek took his knife out and slashed his neck after sneaking up on him.

"Ah yes they found our two legged gabbits may they find Osmika and soon find the relec of the Omega." Thought Kleek.

Chapter 29 The growing evil!

"Lets stop we shall rest!" Yelled Trilas.

The dark muds stoped their spheres on the trail and got out of their vehicals to stretch from their long journey. Trilas stood over the rise and took his scope to view the land ahead of them. He was abel to look above the high trees for they were high up on a rise in this forest. He then saw The Great Lake off in the distance. He then looked down and noticed our friends resting.

But Trilas suddenly was taken over by a mysterious fog that lifted him off the ground. He was scrambleing but could not yell for the fog also hid his voice. Then suddenly Trilas disappeared in mid air.

He awoke from passing out and opened his eyes and saw the deepest black void in front of him. A deep voiced cried out.

"Trilas....Trilas!" cried out the voice "Come to us!" wispered the voice.

"Master?" replied Trilas.

"I have summon you here for a purpose!" Replied the voice. "You will destroy the Relec of the Omega." "That is what your mission is now." "The so called heros are after it and with it, they could destroy me."

"But they don't know where it's located!" Yelled Trilas. "It may be at the center but it's missing for what I have heard." "What power do you give me to beat these guys voice?" explained Trilas.

But it was silent and then a crack of thunder ripped through the void with the angry voice yelling with a goddly temper.

"IS IT NOT I WHO GIVES YOU YOUR LAND?" "IS IT NOT I WHO PROVIDES YOU WITH YOUR RICHES?" "I GIVE YOU ALL THE POWER IN ODDWORLD AND YOU DO NOT THANK ME FOR IT?" "YOU WILL FIND THAT RELEC AND YOU WILL BRING IT TO ME SO I CAN SEND IT TO OBLIVION!" yelled the voice. "PERHAPS YOU SHOULD MEET YOUR PITIFUL FATE AFTER ALL!"

Then suddenly a river of fire opened up in front of Trilas and he yelled in horror.

"NOOOOO PLEASE DON'T KILL ME I WILL DO WHAT YOU SAY!"

"Very well my friend go now and continue your journey and stop them." said the voice.

Trilas suddenly dissappeared out of the void and reappeared back in the forest.

"Dark Muds lets go!"

"But sir we just started resting."

"I don't care, LETS MOVE!" yelled Trilas.

And so they did but Trilas started to show an errie grin on his face as if he knew something that nobody knew not even his master. There is a growing evil and it has manifested it self within Trilas.

Chapter 30 Wheely

It was hot and muggy in the dense forest. Our friends on their Alpha Elums were getting close to the Great Lake of Osmikea. There, they shall find her and recieve information on the Lost Relec of The Omega. For she knows all about it. Possibly where it is located. Meanwhile a strange visitor came among them and called out in rhyme.

"Not here over there!" said the voice.

Confused, Zin cried out "What!"

"You seek me not she!" replied the tiny voice. "I know this land very well mann!"

"What in Odds name?"

"Hey, down here K?" replied the tiny voice.

As Silak, Zin, and Kluna were looking all around for this odd visitor, the vistor jumped up onto a small tree branch and startled Zin.

"WHA!"

"Hello there nice to be here!"

"Me name is Wheely whats yours?"

"Um....um yea I am Zin this is my friend Kluna and he's Silak." "What are you?"

As the little industrial robotic looking thing rolled up to our friends he told them that he was a member of a race of industrial machines that call them selves junkyaks and that he was hideing from a sinister race of even stronger industrial machiens that were hunting them to extinction. After that he told them that he can help.

"Me want to help you guys." "I will save you a trip and give you a ship!" said Wheely.

As Zin turned to his friends he asked them. "do you think we can trust this thing?"

"He seems to be nice." replied Kluna.

"I say we should follow him he seems to know a lot." said Silak.

"Wheely it is right?" "Well you know whats ahead?"

"Yes I know the best!" replied Wheely.

"Follow me and from this forest you shall be free!"

"Oh my odd we found a crazy thing." said Kluna.

"You know we are headed for Osmikea right?"

"Yep me was following you all along through thick and thin and through great fog." "So me know everything!"

"Thats good so you know where we are headed?"

"Yes like I said not here over there!" replied Wheely.

And the funny thing on wheels pointed for they were close to the lake.

"Lets go guys were close I can feel it."

And so they were off towards the lake but now with their new found droid friend (Wheely).

Chapter 31 The Great Lake

It was mourning and through the night our friends kept moveing through the bush, to reach the Great Lake of Osmikea The Misty One. Even though they made it to the lake, they have to cross it first in order to reach her. For this lake was very dangerous and it was 4 miles across. There were monsters in this lake that made the Sea Rex look like a fish. It was a foggy mourning and the fog was increadibly dense. Our friends could only see 2 ft in front of them.

"Mann I can't see anything!" said Zin. "Its this damm fog!"

"We must be on the beach of the lake." replied Kluna. "We would need a ship to to reach Osmikea. But we don't have one."

"Maybe we could build a raft?" said Silak.

"You get ship if I get trip!" replied Wheely

"What do you mean?" asked Zin.

"Give stare, over there!" replied Wheely.

"Look it's a raft but it's pretty small looking." said Zin.

"Yes only one shall cross lake and you stay here and wait, film at 11!" said Wheely.

"Well how do we know where to find this Osmikea Wheely?" said Zin.

"You find her on island in middle of lake bleepbleep!" replied Wheely.

"Well I guess we can draw blades of grass like we did before, when we cross that bridge a while back."

"Alright." said Kluna and Silak.

And so they did and this time Zin pulled the longest one so now he is the one that has to cross to find Osmikea.

"Hmm I have the longest piece of grass. I guess that means I should find her." "Great who would of thought that me of all muds especally muds from Mudos and has know idea whats out there, be the one to do the job." Ok guys take a rest here on the beach. Set up camp and I shall return with wisdom my friends." explained Zin.

"Be careful Zin." said Kluna. "You don't know whats out there."

"Yes be careful Zin." said Silak.

"I will be back before you know it mates."

And so he left them and he took the small raft and jumped onto it and sailed off into the foggy waters as Kluna, Silak, and Wheely looked on.

"Mann I hope he finds her and makes it back!" said Kluna.

And our friends stared as Zin disappeared into the fog. Mean while Trilas was looking on them from a small patch of trees.

"Ah yes go my fellow mudokin of Mudos. Lead me to Osmikea hehe!"

Chapter 32 A Turning Point

The water was calm on the great lake. And the little raft that held Zin was gliding across smoothly. The sound of small Oddworld birds of all types chirped gracefully as they were feeding on small worry fish, and other small aquatic fish. The sound of splashing of the paddel in which Zin was useing was makeing the most noise.

Zin knew he had to find Osmikea for it was of great importance. She has the answers in finding the So called Lost Relec of the Omega. Still not known, the powers of this Relec was a mystery to all of the inhabitants of the Continent. Nobody knew what sort of power it holds. But for one thing, everybody knew that it could destroy Clorn and bring piece to the land and once again light this Continant's darkest hour, and send Kluna and Zin back home.

Zin thought to himself of the adventure he has endured in last four weeks. He was woundering if any of the elders back home were searching for him and his pals. He was woundering if they were worried or even worse, gave up searching and thinking that he and his friend are dead. That thought alone made Zin even more determind to get home. But he also knew of the inhabitants of this Continant. "Could for some odd reason these seemingly different spiecies of gabbit, mudokin, glukken, scrabs, paramites, etc be what Mudos is headed for?" thought Zin. "Could they be the direct result of evelution on Oddworld?" The mystery cringed at Zin's mind all the time. But it did not stop him on this great journey.

Zin started to hear the sound of breaking water like on a beach. He couldent see what was ahead of him because of the fog. But he knew that there was land close. He started paddeling faster and faster until the little raft broke out of the fog. And there, ahead of him, was a small island that was gloomy in it's looks. He apprached the island and landed his raft on the beach. He then took a small rope that was on his fishing belt and tied the boat to a small tree that was on top of a small mud mound. He then started calling out for Osmikea.

"OSMIKEA......OSMIKEA!" yelled Zin

But nobody would answer him. The island seemed deserted and dead. Zin was confused.

"Where is she?" said Zin.

"This place is small and gloomy theres nobody here." "Hell, I can see the other side of the island it's so small."

But then the muddy ground started to shake underneath Zin's feet and Zin started to fall down the small mound of mud that he was standing on. Then a powerful force threw Zin off and sent him hurtiling into a dead tree.

"SWOOSH! AHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAH!" yelled Zin.

Then as Zin hung there on the branch getting himself together again, a slimy snail like creature of imense size came creeping out of the mound of mud and dirt.

"Who comes to bother my beauty sleep?" said the snail like creature. "I am Osmikea the Misty One."

"Your Osmikea?" in amazement Zin was surprised to see that the island was Osmikea. The whole island itself must be her body. "What are you?"

"I am the oldest creature on Oddworld." said Osmikea

"Older than the Almighty Raison?" asked Zin

Yawning with her slow loathsome voice. "yes, I am ancient."

"What do you want from me?" asked Osmikea. "And make it quick for I (yawning)....I need my beauty sleep!"

"Where is the Lost Relec of the Omega?" asked Zin.

(Yawning) "It is far from here!" (yawning) "On the other side of the lake. In a place called the Junk Waists the center of the Continant."

"Do you know where?" asked Zin

(Yawning) hehe, in the center but..... you have to watch out for the gonkyaks." "They...(yawning) they are.... a race of sadistic industrial droids who don't like strangers. They (yawning) are fighting the ever so elusive Junkyaks who are another race of industrial droids." (yawning) "The leader of the Gonyaks is called the empireal majestry." "Now my friend leave me alone for I am tired and I need my beauty sleep!"

Then Osmikea slipped awey into her usual deep sleep and slithered back into mud in where she came from. Zin Now knowing where the Relec is, he calls out.

"THANKYOU!"

Yawning again "What ever!" And she snored and went to sleep.
The sky was gray and it started to rain. A small crack of thunder was heard in the gray sky and Zin was headed back to his raft. Indeed Zin thought this was a turning point into his adventure and that he and Kluna will be home. But he knew of the other task at hand. And that is to destroy the evil of this land.

Cool!Ummmm i'm starting to run out of things to say soooo................................... snoogens?

Chapter 33 A New Game!


"I wounder if he is ok?" said Kluna.

"I don't know." replied Silak. "Still, I wounder if he made it to Osmikea. This lake holds dangers and the monsters of this lake are far more aggressive than any Sea Rex I might add." "They make the Sea Rex seem like a fish."

"I hope he is alright!" "We are all counting on him to deliver the messege." replied Kluna.

"Yea!" replied Silak.

"We must be careful for beach patroled by Gonkyaks bleep bleep!" said Wheely. "Im Junkyak and Gonkyak, indeed me enamy!"

"What do you mean Wheely?"

"They will take us and torture us and put us on unfair trial. They do that to all races but them selves." "They think they superior and we are inferior." "They will exacute us if we cought!" "But first himiliate us before."

"Sounds pleasant!" said Silak

"What do we do now?" replied Kluna.

"We will just have to be more careful and wait. Any sign of trouble we need to hide!" explained Silak.

Meanwhile back within the small patch of trees, Trilas stood waiting for the right moment to strike, when suddenly the same force that took him on before, returned and caused him to hover and then disappear.

"No not again! Voice what do you want of me!" cried Trilas.

The so called deep voice of the black void once again muttered the same words "I am what I am!" I have summon you here for a purpose!"

But Trilas responded with his arrogant self. "NO BODY SUMMONS TRILAS!"

"Then perhaps this is the first time you have been summon" said the voice. "You havent found the relec and I am growing impaitient my friend!" "Destroy the Mudokin and his friends on the beach before he returns!" explained the voice.

"What do you want me to do I am trying!" replied Trilas. "I can't go and destroy them we need them to find the relec. I don't want to risk loseing my muds to them!"

"The Gonkyaks shall take care of them. Then you shall travel to The Junk Waists and find the relec."

"But what about the third member of their party?" asked Trilas. "Surely he is a strong Mud."

"PERHAPS I MISS JUDGED YOU. PROCEED, TO YOUR WAY TO OBLIVION!"

"NO, NO I ACCEPT YOUR TERMS, I ACCEPT!" cried Trilas.

"Excellent then go and I shall give a piece of my stregnth so you shall be victorous!" said the voice of the black void.

Then suddenly Trilas was overcome by red light and then reappeared back on the beach. With an evil look in his eye he promised to himself.

"I will rip open every glukken or race that stands in my way until the relec is mine!"

Meanwhile a bunch of Gonkyaks were patroling the beach when they suddenly saw them waiting for Zin.

"INFIDAL!" said the gonkyak

The Gonkyak was a massive industrial machine droid that resembled a squid.

"Gonkyaks, lets move!" cried Silak.

But as they were running from the group of Gonkyaks, Kluna triped over a rock and fell face first and Silak and Wheely were a little ways awey.

"KLUNA, WHERE ARE YOU?" yelled Silak.

"Help Silak I need you!"

"Wheely we left Kluna alone we must save him."

"No problem! With me wheels and speed we shall have speedy rescue." "Climb on!"

And so he did and they rolled back to where Kluna was but then the Gonkyaks over powered them with fierce whipping arms and suddenly were over taken and put inside a cage. Wheely was thrown to a small dip in the ground by the mechanical tentical of the Gonkyak and was slightly damage. The Gonkyak then picked up Kluna and threw him in the cage as well. Then with there arrogant laughter they left the scene with Kluna and Silak as captives. "To the Junk Waists my fellow Gonkyaks." Passed out, Kluna and Silak lied there helpless in the cage.

Meanwhile Wheely lied there in the dip unabel to move as Trilas walked up to him and kicked some sand into his gears.

"NOOOOO!" said Wheely

"Such haroic nonsense!" replied Trilas.

Then Trilas took his Mud blaster and fired and then he got into his sphere and left for the Junk Waists. The dark sphere started to transform into a flying vehical in witch Trilas was going to use to transport the relec. He flew towards his platoon and ordered them to return home for there job was done. And then he flew off into the distance. The other dark muds rolled off back into the woods to return to their fortress of Clorn. Without a doubt Wheely was damaged and Kluna and Silak were captives to a race of hideous machines. Kleek the Apha slig was with Blunk watching all of this on top of a hill. He knew this was the time in which Chun described way back when, but he could only wait until the return of Zin. What will happen now? Will Zin find the relec before Trilas does? Will he rescue his friends from the vile clutches of the Gonkyaks? And most importantly will he return? Time will only tell.
