I completely disagree. His post was provocative, and whiny, not to mention insulting and denigrating to several people. My post was responsive, and although as I have already confessed in this thread, rather immature, I just couldn't resist at the time. After that, it was just amusing (no pun intended) to egg him on.

Having said that, I've said all that I intend to to "Un-Amused," so as far as I'm concerned the fight's over. It was fun while it lasted, though.

But keep this in mind, if you keep posting blatant sexual posts like that last one you just posted... I don't think that un-banning will last very long. You've given your arguments which are fair enough, but you are yet to illustrate that you can come on these forums and respect the fact that our rules indicate you cannot post that kind of thing here.

Just to let everyone know ... we have decided to un-ban Chris' Jacob username... and he will be put on a probationary period. However, this does not mean that anyone and everyone can just go and accuse him of things.

The reason I'm letting everyone know this rather than him just using the 'Jacob' name again ... is so that we don't get accusations. And this goes for any member who you feel has done anything wrong by PM or otherwise. We will in future require proof that a member has done anything wrong ... if you don't provide proof we won't do anything (I know that sounds mean, but it's only fair). Or maybe we could look at all your PMs or something (and I'm sure you wouldn't want that).

And Chris... one of the rules is no double posting... we let it go for this particular post, but it is one of the rules you need to be considerate of in your probation period. Use the edit button!
