But who really believes they are going to Hell? Not Hitler. Not Bin Laden. Not Nixon. Not Hussein. Nobody. (Or as near to nobody as makes no odds...)

Agnostics are doomed to spend eternity wandering around the universe, never knowing. Either that or they have to make do with the left-over beliefs. :D
