Iron Brigade comes out on pc next week. You people have no excuses now.
That's some good news, I wanted to play this
This is a mental-looking mod for Morrownd: Tribunal.

I like the 'death by a rat' the most. This game's gonna be good, I've got it pre-ordered already.

Techy tech stuff for people who play their games on an alien monolith.

Well, if you don't like multiplayer games then it probably won't do anything for you. Iron Brigade is all about team strategy, and loot drops. Those motherfucking loot droops. I can't tell you how long it took me to get the orange and blue paint job. Thankfully, most of the really rare loot drops are either paint jobs, or costumes, as it would suck to have to spend 100 hours trying to get the good weapons. Anyway, I did finally get every single piece of loot in the game.
Here's a video of the end of a really impressive solo run at Settlement's survival mode. Dude actually finishes it by himself. That's really hard. Most teams of four can't make it past wave 15, much less complete all 100 waves alone. |
Fuck. I didn't even know there was an ARG.
Yep. It's amazing this update has been hinted for so long. I can't wait for it.
Capcom revealed a new game today, Remember Me. It's a third person action game (at least it seems so) that takes place in neo-Paris in 2084.
The proper trailer for it: More gameplay and how the game works: The game was originally a project called Adrift, and I remember loving the concept art instantly when I saw it last year. I think this game has a lot of potential and it seems very good. |
No.
Yes.
I just liked the trailer. The actual game is going to be mediocre, I'm sure. Apparently Batman was quite good, though.

This looks like a ... rather strange game.
So... since Dark Souls is coming out to PC and none of you have any excuses to not play it anymore, who's getting it? And if you are getting it drop me a wee message so I can add your ass on Steam for some good oul grindin' fun.
A co-op trailer for pid. It looks very nice.

Okay, I'm back with heaps of trash to share:
Dishonored is back with more scary screenshots... http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/08/23/di...rifying-masks/ ... Edmund McMillen is releasing remastered versions of his old Flash games in The Basement Collection on Steam... http://media.pcgamer.com/files/2012/08/Basement1.jpg ... PopCap have officially confirmed Plants vs. Zombies 2 as a thing in development (and also started making t-shirts)... http://www.pvzstore.com/media/catalo...emode-flat.jpg ... Peter Molyneux makes good on his reputed insanity... ... and Black Isle, creators of such classics as Baldur's Gate and Planescape: Torment, have supposedly reformed. Supposedly. It could just be a load of random people who bought the name. http://www.blackisle.com/ :

THIS. I WANT IT. I NEED MONEY!
It looks really good. Better than most kickstarted game projects
An RTS on a planetary scale? Not in my wildest, nerdiest dreams!
It really remind me supreme commander/Solon heritage.
I want it! |
I'm thinking about buying the Ratchet and Clank Collection tomorrow to play UYA online and the Sly 4 demo. I'm really excited to hear some impressions on Sly 4, it looks awesome, too bad it got delayed 'till 2013...
Suck about it being delayed, I didn't know about that.
But you should definitely pick up the R&C collection. I completely forgot about UYA's online mode, it was so fun on PS2. I might buy it soon too. |
I've been wanting to play UYA online for years. I'll pick this up when it's cheaper.
Binding of Isaac is coming to consoles next year. That makes OANST a happy boy.
Hopefully Microsoft won't screw Edmund over this time.
This time? What time? How did they get screwed over with Super Meat Boy?
Indie Game: The Movie implied Team Meat were pushed into rushing the latter development of SMB to be part of some promotion deal, which later failed to materialise.
Also, Spy Party-related stuff. Also also, BEEES! |
But they were part of a promotion deal. They were part of the Summer of Arcade promotion which is extremely popular, and shows boosted sales for pretty much every game that takes part. I'm sure they had the option to not be part of Summer of Arcade. It sounds to me like it was offered because Microsoft thought the game would do well, Team Meat said yes, and then complained because they had to rush to be part of it. Not exactly getting screwed over.
