The problem I had was that I registered with that name back in 2007, when I was a lot dumber and younger. It really had that “hey, I’m such a big fan of the games there’s a reference in my username!” kind of feel that just made it sound like it was written by a kid.
same here. but i like MA though. it makes me feel like the loving mother hen of this wonderful abode, which i obviously am.

Mac is still Kastere to me. On the odd occasion that Dorian asks me what I'm chuckling at, I've even told her, "Oh, Kastere said ____" and she knows who the fuck I'm talking about. Which is sort of sad I guess. Not as sad as Oddhunter's new name, but in the same area of sadness I guess.
