Wil, you work for JAW? What do you do there?

Edit: Nevermind, I guess I just posted because I was bored

When you can't access this door before the fight, there's a sign, that sign is pinned with some sparkling thing on it. Now the first time when the door did not open, that sparkling thing was there, the sign was gone however. Later on the reload, the sparkling thing was gone, and the door opened. Must have been a loose circuit ;) |
:
However, she does talk to people in the village using the old voice, and I've heard one line with the new voice (in additionl to when you press [] to speak to her). She also has the generic voice when being slapped around;) |
Yeah, that last point is unavoidable, since there's only one pool of voice files for each race. It's the same with Maggie and Farmer Beeks' daughters.
|
Would this be considered a bug or a glitch; I can't distinguish between the two. :(

Moot point: Is the trophy description for "Get 'em goooooood!" correct considering you can get the trophy in the second act of the game?

has anyone mentioned that shadows of characters on upper floors are cast on lower floors?
|
That's always been there.

In some instances I don't mind the shadow bug, as it can work to your advantage. Like when you're beneath a catwalk being patrolled by outlaws, you can see where they are and plan your attack.
I have a minor gripe with the Looten Duke model. When he first reveals himself standing on the roof, he's holding his gun, but it was absent in the original (if I remember correctly). This bugs me for two reasons. Firstly, because he was originally animated without the gun and the animation wasn't changed, it looks very "glued" to his hand and even clips through him while he's waving his arms about. It's very distracting. Secondly, the scene where he kicks the door down to fight you himself has so much oomph in the original because you see the heat he's packing for the first time, but also the way he lifts the gun implies that it's really effin' heavy and requires two hands. That being said, the fact that he's waving it around with one hand like it's weightless in the first scene becomes even more incongruous. I'm picking nits, I know, but this seems like something that could be easily rectified. |

I haven't played it to test this myself, but someone told me that the voice-pitching on Jo Momma has been removed, so she sounds just like the other Outlaws. Is that true, and if yes, was it intentional?
|
:
|
Maxiwilliam is telling me that he told everyone that like a million times. I think he's making it up. Added to the list.
|
He didn't tell me!
I thought it was intentional, to imply that she was in fact just a male Outlaw in drag. I still preferred her old voice though. |
:
|
The comedy lies within it's glaring obviousness, though.
|
:
not really ^_^ |
I still preferred her old voice, anyway. If you wanted it to be obvious, I'd go for a Monty Python-esque falsetto. :tard:

Is it counted as a bug when somebody calls it stranger's wroth instead of stranger's wrath?
Or is that something you don't have any control over? |
When in first person view, if i press triangle to shake my life back up, and then press square immediately after, the game responds as if i havent yet let go of triangle, and stranger continues to shake his health bar up until it maxes, and the function of the square button does not take effect. I have to wait until stranger stops shaking until pressing square will do its action. (In my case, the action has been to activate those buttons to open doors and stuff). Anyone else having similar issue?
Ps. Glitch, does your new dp suggest something Abe-ish is coming in Easter? |

Well this is a thread to alert Glitch to problems in Stranger HD so they can be fixed, so I'd say it's neither a glitch nor a bug in Stranger HD.
|
I'm pretty sure that this is in Stranger's Wrath HD too if someone can test it.
|
Has anyone else finished Packrat Palooka to find the gate at the back of the platform doesn't open and the trophy doesn't pop? D:
Ah, no matter. I went for a walk around and discovered his body eventually. It was still to be captured. |
I don't know if this is a bug or my aim is just piss poor, but I cannot kill the slogs released by the slog-handlers with any form of non-explosive ammo.
Zappflies, stingbees, thudslugs... nothing hits them. Not even the homing stingbees at pointblank. I have to wait until they leap at my face and punch them out, which isn't very effective against a large horde. Even when both reticles are red and they're two feet away, my ammo appears to go right through them. |
I have had my ammo go through enemies at times but a really annoying glitch is when I get stuck in the ground. I can't move, basically the same as fast travelling in Skyrim and getting stuck. Anyone know how to fix this?
|
I get that all the time in Killing Floor. The solution that works for me is to hit the jump button rapidly until you dislodge yourself.
|
After defeating Lefty Lugnutz the sleg poacher, I tried returning to the city, but the door at the port authority was closed, and there was no chicken monster at the counter to ask to open it. It could be my own fault because I had some fun spinning the chickens far from their posts, but this shouldnt happen. I can't progress now :/

Added to the list
EDIT: Well it would be if I could edit it. |
I added it for you.
It's been a while, but I have a vague memory that that happened to me once on the Xbox. |

Whenever I try to use the regular Stunkz on enemies, it just knocks them out. There's no barfing animation for me for some reason.
|
Do you have it on Easy?
