I'm pretty sure that I've now found all 10 of the Mudokon Pops barrels! I missed some the first time round, so on my second playthrough I'll be able to get the trophy.
Had a look online and there doesn't seem to be a guide to finding them yet, so I'll get some photos and post one for anyone interested :) Also, (I don't know if this is an Easter egg or not), returning to the first town after capturing Looten Duke but before seeing Doc, the 'coming soon- something new 'n' tasty' poster from AO is shown when you press the select button (where the surgery bid appears later). Was this in the original version? |
I noticed the New 'n' tasty poster too. I thought I saw a scrab cakes poster aswell, at the end of a tunnel, but when I fell down the tunnel it sort of wasnt there, so maybe not..

That sounds awesome. I hope there'll be more easter eggs in future games.

Bought the game on Christmas Day, am thoroughly enjoying it. Accidentally knocked The Looten Duke into the fans and Knocked out a Grubb with a Thudslug. Fuck yeah :/ |

I wish I could get involved with my conversations earlier. :(
Also, I didn't know there's a pair of underpants in Buzzarton! I guess I'll have to look for that today. :? |

I don't remember seeing the underpants though. Anyone got a screenshot? |
I wouldn't class the Wolvarks as an easter egg so much as a bit of comedy.
|
By that standard, how is the underwear an Easter Egg?
|
It fits the traditional concept of an easter egg in being something that one of the makers secretly slips into the game as a reference to themself. It doesn't stand out and most people won't notice it.
Whereas the Wolvarks on the toilet are a scripted event that every single player passes and hears. |
I was always disappointed that the Wolvark in the stall didn't have his pants around his ankles when I kicked down the door.

Those new additions are realy neat, they add some things without taking away. Kudos to JAW.
