Speaking of which, has anyone ever done or been taught any? I'd love to find a local place which teaches it, but it's pretty damned hard. |
I did parkour one time and I bent my back backwards.

I used to do Parkour like I said. I was alright, I could do a few decent 'vaults'. Nothing special.
