What animator are you using?
I'm wondering because some of the gifs go a bit misaligned...
I use flash sometimes for gifs.
To show you what I mean take a look at the running animation...

I use Easy Gif Animator 5. When some of the sprites are misaligned I center them. The only problem is that it's a 20 day trial :fuzsad:
I made some Security eyes and orbs with a better greeter :)

I've never heard of that program before.
Have you tried GIMP? It's freeware and it's pretty easy to make gifs on there as well and they look good.

It did for me at first. Just look for gimp tutorials on YouTube, they really help when you first start it.

GIMP is amazing. But not as amazing as the fact that you've left every single one of these in their native half-height state. Lol.

Sliglover, some of those are really cool, but my point was that you should leave out the object ones. Security eyes and orbs are fine, but I don't think anyone needs those ladders/levers/stones spinning around. :D

You should do them all again and double their height.

What about going back and kinda fixing up the old gifs.

Reposition them, so they don't jump around.

The timing, some of them go waay too fast or super slow-motion.

Sizing, like Max said, they're not the right size. You need to at least double the height on them.

As for new ones I recommend some more Abe animations if possible.

Why don't you guys maximize them? Easy: go in Microsoft Power Point (it's already installed on your computer) import the images, maximize them at what height or size you wish, save the image and TA-DA!

Do them again, but with proper aligning. Remember, if you can do something great, do greater.

Exactly, you can be remembered as the guy who tried and made some good gifs and some half arsed ones or you can take a little extra time (you don't have to pop one out every ten minutes like yesterday) and do them all awesome with those little white bits removed and the aligning correct.

Then again, this is your thing and it's up to you.

Not everyone is going to have PowerPoint installed on their computer as it's not needed by some people and it's not freeware.
I'm pretty sure most people know how to double the size of something.

Also, it shouldn't take you that long anyway, you managed to get like 10 gifs out in 5 minutes. You should take time to do the gifs so they look nicer, which is what I did to the walking animations. That way people might use them.

Joke aside... Sometimes niceness is poisonous. I feel than when certain people are being nice, they aren't being nice at all. Either really sheltered or two-faced.

Telling someone who isn't a kid that a half-assed drawing or piece of work that doesn't look good, looks good is really not nice at all. it's a lie and hinders their growth. At least with the truth, they know where they can improve.

also this Sliglover's attitude is quite rotten. Wanting attention but no work for it. I find it hard to be nice to such people. They deserve the truth, cos at least maybe they will wake up one day and realize they are wrong. If they can let go of their sheltered state.
