Wow, $24.99 is an amazing price. I sure hope they release this before December 20th. The 20th is the begining of Steam's huge holiday sale where they usually put nearly everything in their store on discount. The sale will most likely run through New Years. If the Oddbox is released during that sale, I think it could be easily overlooked and lose many of its initial sales.

It's kind of annoying that the price of Munch's Oddysee and Stranger's Wrath together is the same price as the entire Oddbox, but it's still a great price so I can't really complain. I was just hoping to save a little bit of money by only getting those two.

This is based on third-hand knowledge, so don't quote me on it, but I believe that you can't split up a game pack in to its parts and gift them seperately. You might be able to gift your existing copies of AO and AE though. Not sure.

We won't know until the pack is released, or until we get some official news that clears that up. Chances are you won't be able to gift your extra copies. That's how it usually works on Steam, but there are some packs that do let you gift your extra copies.

So most likely you won't be able to gift them, but there is still a chance they'll allow it.

I suggest not to get used to that prices... At least not to € ones - The price for AO/AE on Steam is NOT €4.99 (as said on oddworld.com news)

Well that's gay for people who've already bought AO & AE, we have to pay the same price for MO & SW or the entire pack, which I gather Valve won't let us Gift to friends.

Shut up complaining, it's still an awesome deal.

God i hope the MO and SW ports are good. I'll be so disappointed if they're shoddy or buggy, but I understand Xbox -> PC to be an easier process than most other platform ports. Here's to optimism.

I don't think anyone will know... it might be better to contact Steam directly, if you haven't done so yet.

At some point during checkout it will notify you if the games won't be giftable. It'll have AO and AE marked somehow and have a notice somewhere on the checkout page that says you already own these games and will not receive additional licenses for them. Just pay attention during checkout, and if you see that there, you'll know you can't gift them.

Feel sorry for Australians, for the past ten years games have double the price of US, yet our dollar has been roughly the same (We were higher about a month ago).
