OMG, this looks like I guy I actually know. Every time I would call him John Candy he would say, "I'm gonna kick your ASS" and I'd say, "You're gonna have to catch me first. :)"

We're still good friends.

:

Australian law states that even drawn pictures that depict an underage person having sex is illegal, not just photographs.

By this logic, can't someone just draw a quick sideways figure 8 containing two dots over the chest of the alleged underage girl to make the depiction acceptable?

Haha, I know at least one criminal.

Shit...does that mean Australia has banned American Beauty? Fuck those guys.

Nah, that movie is only MA15+ rated. This only applies to real sexual situations.

:

()
Your country is a hell of a lot more conservative than I originally thought it was.

It's one of those things; almost everyone I would meet on the street would agree that this law is stupid. It's just that the politicians compete over who can be more moral and SAVE THE CHILDREN and no-one is prepared to call them out on their bullshit because they don't want to be labeled as promoting paedophilia.

:

()
It's unfair, if a girl is 18 why the hell couldn't she make porn just because she looks younger? I'd like to know what they were thinking about when they made this rule.

:

()
What the fuck?

I think the logic was that they don't want to support any activity that psychologically enables paedophiles to get off, whether a child is harmed or note.

Taco 01-29-2010 04:57 PM

Wouldn't it be more logical to let paedo's to get off to something that didn't harm a child whatsoever instead of banning everything? I mean, paedophiles with nothing to get off to would just be more compelled to start looking for little girls which causes even more damage. It seems like such an absolute waste of time.

Havoc 01-29-2010 05:03 PM

You'd think that any legal company selling pictures of models can provide a picture ID of the person to prove they are 18+. In fact, I believe that's required by law for just about any modeling agency, not just adult ones.

Yes, but attempting to control people doesn't solve the issue, it merely sweeps it under the rug.

My opinion. They'd have to check, as the penalties would be huge.

The worry might be that if you allow one thing, it might lead to the other. Like anti-drug campaigners who claim that marijuana is a gateway drug to harder things.

But it's not about the risk that the person might be underage, it's the risk that a paedophile might, potentially, possibly act as if the person is underage.

like looking at a picture of a pizza, is likely to lead to wanting a pizza, but pizzaphiles aren't in the news as much,

They were, though.

Wait, if they ban porn because the actors look underage, does that make twink porn illegal?

I CLIKCED A POPUP BY MISTAKE! DON'T JUDGE ME!

So the government wants to give fines to companies who sell/buy perfectly legal pictures, including a picture ID proving the model is older than 18, just because some pedo might come along and THINK they are underage? Since when can you punish person a for the thoughts of person b? That doesn't make any fucking sense. I can't believe that's even legal?

abe619 01-30-2010 05:21 AM

believe it or not this is the new world , and in right here in Egypt even more bizarre things are happening , now , if someone in Suez catch the bird flu (yeah we still have it and H1N1) , he is instantly transported to court , with three charges:
1- that he threatened his own life
2- that he threatened the children who live around
3- that he has chicken in his home

scaryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MA 01-30-2010 05:49 AM

having a chicken is an offence?

i got the gist of it, i'm just being a wanker.

yes it is against the law because of the fuckin' bird flu.

MA 01-30-2010 07:57 AM

calm down dear, its only an epidemic.

looney-bin 01-30-2010 09:42 AM

"Take a look at de facking game! It looks like a facking... Cholit chip cookie!"

Anyway, Australia is really getting out of hand. Personally, I like medium sized breasts, and even I think this new law is stupid. Some women can't help having small breasts, and this law isolates them.

MeechMunchie 01-30-2010 09:46 AM

Why did the chicken cross the road?
To start a pandemic and kill everybody!

Since whenever they feel like, sadly.

Welcome to the future, now with mind control!

T-nex 01-31-2010 08:23 AM

This is turning more and more into 1984 :D

MA 01-31-2010 09:07 AM

that was a magnificent rhyme right there.

T-nex 01-31-2010 10:38 AM

Omg you're right... Shit. i hate when my posts rhyme unintentionally.

OddjobAbe 01-31-2010 10:39 AM

I love it. It makes it sound very catchy, thus puts me in a better mood. Thank you.

enchilado 01-31-2010 11:27 AM

Swine Flu is no worse than ordinary 'flu anyway.

MA 01-31-2010 11:55 AM

get back on topic, Ench.

OddjobAbe 01-31-2010 11:57 AM

Small tits can be good. Especially if the owner of them has bird flu and speaks in rhyme.

enchilado 01-31-2010 12:01 PM

I prefer moderately small tits to huge ones anyway. Not that I've had m/any close encounters.

MA 01-31-2010 12:34 PM

my ex didn't have particularly large tits, so i prefer that size to anything that may be deemed 'huge'.

by the way i was joking earlier, Ench. don't think i was being uppity.

EDIT: this really was a poor excuse for a post. i just wanted to make sure i hadn't offended anyone. BECAUSE I'M NICE LIKE THAT

enchilado 01-31-2010 12:38 PM

I didn't think you were being uppity. I don't even know what uppity means.

Wil 01-31-2010 01:01 PM

Somebody hasn't been reading their Roger Hargreaves novels.

enchilado 02-01-2010 12:28 AM

Eh, stop being so uppity.

This is the argument I tried to bring up before.
It's a very controversial issue right now. Does providing pedos with pornography that mimics their fetish (ie younger looking girls/small breasted girls/artwork) alleviate their desires or exacerbate them?

Based on this, I'd say Australia's legislation subscribes to the latter. Even I don't know exactly where I stand on this. Based on personal experience, the effect of pornography on my sex drive varies greatly. Sometimes a quick wank is all I need, other times porn makes me pine for the real thing all the more.

:

Bear in mind that it's much easier to give yourself the illusion of sex than the illusion of eating a pizza ;)

Grieva 02-01-2010 04:21 AM

Technically, pizzaphiles woudn't eat the pizza ;), but thats a different topic

OddjobAbe 02-01-2010 06:44 AM

If Abe619 was a pizzaphile, he'd eat it.

Zukan 02-01-2010 07:12 AM

Did they also ban men with small penises? It is really important that I know this.

abe619 02-01-2010 10:06 AM

no need to worry no pizzaphilia on me although pizza is my favorite food , my only fetish is vorarephilia (and i notice alot of u think i like to eat ppl , but i actually like to be swallowed whole and alive by hot girls (yeah like the one i posted earlier , come'on ain't she cute?))

OddjobAbe 02-01-2010 10:46 AM

I'm similar, only instead of my whole body travelling down the woman's oesophagus, I like my penis to be travelling up the woman's vagina.

I suspect that men with small penises rarely apply for a role in porn.
