first forum i joined, and only one at that. place where i like to unwind due to irregular working hours. and, actually, where i was taught the difference between 'your' and 'you're'. previous posts are an embarrassment because of that. oh, that and the newbie cuntshitwanker i was. yeah. that plays quite a big factor.

Almost every time I leave my computer, I quickly check for posts on OWF. There's a certain (e-)air about this place. I don't know what it is, but I feel like this is a second home for me. Not really a home, but something similar. I think I come here to escape from whatver I should be doing and to talk with people who are different. People who can make me laugh, wonder or give out very good advice.

Ha. It's nothing that glamorous. But the branch I work for is notorious for snooping their employees online as the shit I deal with is pretty confidential [yet boring] and I just don't want to fuck this one up. Despite the bullshit, it's an easy job.

This was the first internet forum I ever joined and really one of the first internet sites I frequently visited aside from Oddworld.com. Furthermore, I was extremely addicted to the Oddworld games and discussing them here and awaiting any scrap of information about Munch's Oddysee and the future of the series. Also like many I remained an active member because of the people here. Unfortunately, as I've gotten older and much busier with college, my career, and other things, posting here and visiting has become a rarity these days. Still, it's really hard to believe that it's almost been ten years since I first joined the forums.

You guys all need to learn about something called Tabbed Browsing, I have multiple homepages.

I have zero homepages. I don't lose my open tabs when I close my browser.

Yeah, I had it like that for a while but it's a pretty rude awakening if you've got five youtube videos playing.

OWF takes pride of place on my Bookmarks Toolbar. I try to get here once a day. Then I just click New Posts, read through it all, check new blogs, click NP again, and I'm off. Takes about an hour or so.

I infrequently visit now due to having a job and being at uni but this is an e-home for me.
