No, it's good. Check out Rookies, Trespass, Ryloth Trilogy, Landing at Point Rain, Legacy of Terror, and Grevious Intrigue for some bloody good storytelling and directing.

That show sucks, the only positive thing is the computer
animation. General grevious is pretty bad ass, but they're trying to
kill him off it seems. For this bounty hunter that looks similar to Stranger
from Oddworld, before he was exposed as a steef.

I just don't like the style of it. The battle droids are now stupid on purpose as opposed to just lacking brains from before. Plus, a lot of the designs just seem so bland. I think I saw "Rookies." Was that the one with the rookie soldiers trapped on that base thing?

Yeah, I agree on the stupid Battle Droids, but the Commando ones are a lot more competent. It's also the reason they brought in an intelligent bounty-hunter villain in the second season. Cad Bane is a great foil.

I really haven't seen enough of it to know all the details like that, so I'll just let it be. I guess it just comes down to preferring they expand the universe in parts we don't know anything about yet, or is locked in crappy fanfictions, like something FAR AWAY from the clone wars. That prejudice shouldn't factor into my opinion of the show itself, I guess.

Gundam has been running on Japanese television since the late 70's. It is literally ingrained into their culture. Bleach started in august 2001 as a comic book. Gundam needed no comic book. Gundam was the first ever serious anime fiction, the first of the real robot genre, and such a major game-changer that it went down in history as a paragon of the industry. Since then it has gone through 12 series, 8 movies with another coming next year, countless manga adaptations, three OVAs with a fourth coming next year, and a truckload of merchandise.

Bleach is nothing compared to it.
