The trouble with a spam forum is this:
If there is a forum where people are allowed to spam, all of those worthless spam posts are counted against a user's post count. So you might see someone with 2000 posts pretty quickly just because they have spammed too much. The post levels are mainly for a bit of fun, but it's not fair to have "allowed spam" listed under the post count. There is a forum software out there that you could do this with... it's called vBulletin and it has a feature where you can have a forum that posts aren't counted to the post count. However I have yet to see a UBB hack that allows for this. Abe Babe... |
