I finally received mine today.

Works just fine, except that I don't have any games to play on it... yet. I've been confined to Hexic and the demo for Joust.

Cutting-edge hardware for playing arcade games from last century. Go figure.

I'll be getting the 360 sometimes next year, hopefully.

I'll most probably get bummed into purchasing a 360 at some point, but for the moment I shall purchase TESIV for the PC and purchase a 360 controller for use with the PC. ^_^

Oh really? Considering the Xbox360 hasn't even been released for a "couple of months," it certainly is interesting that you would make that assumption. You know, because you would have to see into the future to even say that.

In actuality, the majority of Xbox360 "burn outs" happen within an hour or two of the a major gaming session.

Besides, I'm not worried. If my console dies, I'll call Xbox, and send it away for repairs. No biggie.

Just thought I'd say (mainly because I'm bored) that I am now in the possession of an Xbox 360. So far the only games I have are Condemned: Criminal Origins and Geometry Wars.

I have to say Condemned is the scariest game I've ever played. No other game has actually ever got me jumping up off the floor and stumbling backwards onto the couch :lol:.
I have yet to get up the courage to play it alone in the dark :D.

Anyway, Condemned: Its an amazing game, Very scary, I recomend that you buy it (Considering you guys have XBox 360's) If not, make sure you get Condemned if/when you get a 360.

Quick Condemned wallpaper for you folks. If it's too wide for your monitor, you can crop down the sides since it's only negative space.

Condemned is very, very scary. So far it's the only game EVER to actually make me jump and (as I said above), get me jumping up off the floor and stumbling backwards onto the couch. No other game before this one has been remotely scary to me. Not even any of the Silent Hill's.

It's beginning to suck though because I'm up to a part that's is pretty much impossible to get past. I've got like a centimetre of health left and I gotta kill this guy but if I get hit, even once, I'll end up dying...
On a happier note; I've racked up a good amount of achievement points from Condemned :D.

Also, I need some new games. As addicting as Geometry Wars is, I want a new non-Xbox Live Arcade game to play :).

When it comes to technology, us Australian's are always on the ass end of an ass kicking. I have mine pre-ordered, but unlike the American's whom are already basking in its glory, I'm having to wait another two months!

As far as games I'm planning to purchase, Perfect Dark Zero and Kameo would probably be amongst my first choices. I'm somewhat of a Rareware fanboy. Also wouldn't mind the new Splinter Cell and Dead or Alive 4.

Indeed, us sheep shaggers do sympathise. I mainly oly want mine for Oblivion. Lucky it was delayed, I guess, otherwise I would have done some kind of stupid and drastic importing thing.
