That would be a definite no from me. All the same general reasons for breast size not mattering applies to penis size.

Although some women will argue that it has to be huge or whatever to get the most pleasure, from random things I've read, the average woman's depth is, I think, 5 to 6-ish in depth, which is very good, considering those are the measurements close to the average guy's length. Also, like most posters' opinions here on breasts, huge ones are icky. *grimace* It goes to show that some members of both sexes can be equally stupid about these things.

There are some people out there (a lot, quite likely) who think along the lines of "if being around someone makes you feel good you're probably in love" or the like.
