It's called, "Rules for Life" by Mr. Majic. In it, I go into highly descriptive detail as to how to kick the asses of those who offend you. Of course, it's based on the principle there is no ultimate guiding judgement of morality aside from my personal judgement, which may offend some religious types, but other than that, it's a great code of ethics. I suggest you pick up a copy at your local book store.
