I've been a moderator before and it was crap. For the first week I was on a biiiiig power trip, and I kept getting all pissy and bossy with everyone, which got me into trouble. Then I eventually got bored with the repetitive dullness of having to clean up other peoples shit.

Like hobo's post for instance, on the other forum I moderated, I'd have to delete that post, then send a PM to hobo telling him why I deleted it. Eventually people complained about me writing "**** OFF YOU SPITEFUL SHITFACE" in the PM's and I had to calm down.

At that point I quit.

I was trying to get mod powers for that forum so I could actually help Mac instead of pretend to help.
