Elums will not appear in any future Oddworld games cause lets say "The games are extinct" and your only chance is in the movie.

okay I've maybe over-reacted a bit, simply try to avoid bringing back old topic unless you have something intresting to add.

on the other hand Oddworld games aren't dead! there will be more
simply OWI isn't developping them themselves anymore.

I think that Elum will appear in the seemingly forthcoming movie, but in a herd like the Hand of Odd renders rather than a single Elum for Abe.

I think thats bougus... because then what will an oddworld game be defined as? I used to visit OWI all the time... I dont think I could bring myself up to looking at the backdoor or even the intercom outside for that matter, knowing that Oddworld isnt the same. I feel really bad now... because I know that Strangers Wrath was just for the money and the media, not the souls of all the people that love oddworld.

and Just for the refferance... elums to abe... elums were a method of transportation alone, nothing more and nothing less.

Lorne and Sherry will still supervise some parts of the projects...
but like you I'm afraid it won't have the same feeling anymore.
