I used to trick or treat around my immediate area with a few friends. We don't do it any longer, instead we goto the city where this large Halloween Festival is held.

But yes, I must admit, the lollies were great :D

i usually shhot ppl with paintball guns on halloween or scare the crud outta lil' kids and make off with their candy, it makes up for trick or treating i miss. i love sugar lollies, candy bars, and jawbreakers, i remember the year i dressed in black and put a real jacko-lantern on my head, it was cool but i had to pug my nose.

Hoorah! NZers aren't the only ones that say 'lollies'! People always ask me what the hell I am talking about when I say that on the 'net.

Hey, Max is a mod as well!

I was about to ask what freaks haven't heard of lollies. Come on, it's not even hard to figure out you're talking about lollie pops.

Damn the internet! I can't tell if it was sarcasm! If so, Americans call it 'candy', if not, we are talking different things here. And I thought England called them 'sweets'.

Had I voted, it would have gone to you, but seeing as I never visit the areas up for nominations, it didn't concern me. Oh, and the signatures and all the shit that was forced down our throats about 'vote for me' turned me off.

*raises hand* Guilty.:fuzemb: I'm thinking my campaign strategy for next year isn't going to be as drastic.

Ok...

Well, Halloween came and gone. I had a great time, scaring the s**t out of my friends, and trick or treating etc. I just hope next years even better...

Booyah. I turned the TV on right at the beginning of the Rocko Halloween special.

Anyways, I'm in costume, hooray. A NS High School band student at a football game... Le sigh. My whole weekend is shot to hell after this. Ugh. Stupid San Antonio.

Hobo 11-01-2003 10:25 AM

We were quiet this year. I guess everyone realised we're bastards.

Except for those people who wouldn't stop ringing for half an hour....

Meh, I chickened out of dressing as Sephy and walking around town. Haha. I'm glad I did too, as I only saw a 6 year old in a witch's costume.

On the lollies thing, I remember I went to the movies w/ a friend who was over from the US at the time. And we went to the snack bar and I said to him "do you want any lollies". He's like "what?" and then started laughing.

Abe Babe...

I stayed home and watched a thing about a girl talking to a dead guy on TV.

Halloween was decent. Piss-poor candy pay-off, though.

My decorations were better than I expected. I only made one kid cry, but the rest of them refused to go near my house. :D I had the fog machine on all night (I put it in a coffin with a corpse and a strobe light), and after a few hours, everything within a 50 yard radius was covered in a light mist. It stayed low to the ground, too... very spooky.

Here's a picture of my costume. I swear to God that redeye from the camera isn't intentional. ^_^

Facsimile 11-03-2003 06:49 AM

The redeye is kick ass.
