I am nothing to do with the damn OIPT, I am the ODDLYMPICS asstant manager. And Mac is the Oddlympics CEO. Mac (as far as I can see) is a moderator. Therefore he can do all the things I need to be able to do.

I am now a bit weary of how much I should trust you Alcar, as there is obviously something going on behind the scenes that I really should know about.

Okay, first of all, I must state that I don't mean to anger anyone or offent anyone with anything I'm about to say in this post. I would just like to explain a few things.

I do not consider myself an actual "mod", since I was not voted into the moderator position like all the other mods, and the sub-forum I'm allowed to "moderate" isn't an actual discussion area or anything, it's just a place to hold activities.

Alcar, I'd like it if you could change my custom title thing to not say mod. Many people misunderstand it, and it gets very tiring. Plus, I don't want people to think that I actually consider myself a mod.

As for Majic and the other members of the OIPT not having mod access to the OIPT sub-forum, that is because they do not actually run any of the activities. They are the behind-the-scenes people, who help come up with the ideas and everything. So the mod "powers" aren't necessary.

(I do not mean any offense to Majic or any other OIPT members, and I do not consider myself higher than any of them. They do great work. Just thought I'd make that clear.)

But in our case, we come up with the stuff and run the thing. It would just make things much easier for Death and me to run the Oddlympics if he was given the moderating access to the OIPT forum. He and I wouldn't need to have the special Oddlympics Moderator custom titles, or even be listed as a moderator. We just need to be able to do the things to the Oddlympics as mods can do to normal forums, but without being considered a mod.

Again, please do not take this post as an argument or order or anything like that. It is only an explanation.

Josh answers questions that Admins or Mods should answer because he knows what the answers are. Yes, he is only a member, but he knows more than you could dream about.

Why, I tell Josh everything to do with the forums. We regarly argue who should be promoted, and who shouldn't. He knows who I have in mind, and he knows what my thoughts are on everything.

I'm sorry death, but i'm with Joshy on this one. I mean, no-one really knows you, having not even been here for a month. I personally don't see the reason that this post wen tto you. I mean, nearly every other forum around has limits on how long you must have been there to gain custom titles/ banner etc. So why should we let someone who hasn't reached a month yet, become a moderator huh?

BUT I WONT BE A MODERATOR!!!!! I never asked to be one. I just need moderator powers for the OIPT subforum, thats all. Make me a moderator in 6 months time if you want, but I am not interested in that yet. I just need to be able to open/close topics, post announcements and sticky threads etc.

After all, its not like I will go on a spree closing every single thread in the forums when I am only restricted to the OIPT sub forum is it?
