He was a crispy critter at the end of the movie. He seemed pretty dead. If he is alive though, I would assume it is just a freak coincidence that he somehow ran around and survived. And once again, what is the Oddworld Mafia?

I don't really know if Molluk is alive or not. There is a possibility that he IS crispy like bacon, or that he is alive and somewhere in the ruins of Rupture Farms. But I do know that it would make a very interesting fic. :fuzsmile:

molluk was, i think dead, he had his eyes open dead.....or he could be paralyzed, and the slig known as 'Toast' was in the same condition as molluk

He was surprised when the shaman appared he probely had a heart attack in the same conditson he had but I really hope he does come back.

OWI probably left a possibility of Molluk coming back so they could bring him back! Or maybe there is no possibility and Molluk is crispy fried! :dead: Oddguy confused!

I really don't care if Molluk is dead or alive. Sure he was the first glukken we were introduced to, but he didn't really have a big part in the game. Mullock was ver generic, it seems to me that OWI's has moved on to bigger and better things. I don't think they will bring him back, because they have so many more characters and ideas to introduce.

I have something to add.

Well according to Pilot (Justin the server op, who unfortunately does not have the time to come here anymore.) Stated about a year ago in another thread, that when he visited OWI, they indeed stated that Molluck would return, but we would have to be very patient. I would guess that he would return with a vengeance towards abe, and return near the end of the quintology to start some trouble.

If you want further proof, OWI on there website never stated he died, they said presumed dead with the destruction of Rupture Farms. But when search parties were dispatched to the factory, his body was not found and that he is still part of an exhaustive search by his superiors. It also states in a MO designer diary, that "Molluck took the easy way out of when he died...or did he?"

Also, molluck wasnt fried to a crisp he was struck by the lightning. If any of you have watched survival stories before, people can survive being struck by lightning, and that its not your outside that gets fried by the lightning, most of the time it will stop your heart, because the human body produces electricity too. So when more electricity (a lot more) enters through lets say a bolt of lighthing the heart is overloaded, and just shuts itself off.You dont usually just burn to a crisp either, thats usually in very extreme circumstances if any.

mabye Molluk lost his memory when he got zapped and he was wandering around in the wilderness when Abe finds him, takes him to Alf for counciling, and he stars in his own game!
