Oddworld was originally concieved and scripted as a series of movie plots, so it's not so much a case of the games' plots having to be padded out, but that the movie plots were simplified for the games. Also, you may be interested to know that the original name for Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee was Soul Storm.

before the magog? ell thats just one of many cartels, and oddworld is futuristic at the moment, but some things look like from the 50s like stuff in vyks labs...

yes there will probably be a game that takes place before the quintology, maybe without the magog and with meeches
