He's making it up Max ( probably... most likely). Theres no way he could get a hold of that information unless he worked at Oddworld himself. Even if he did he would have signed a contract agreement stating that he cannot give away top secret info. Im sure Pilot or Abe Babe can tell us that these are just theorys sience they have actually been to OWI.

Matt's theory could work, except that we already know that Khanzumerz are at the top of Mudos's class system, so they are unlikely to have been subjugated by the Glukkons... |
