I'll try not to Gluk, but as many people at my school have found out my mind has a dirtyness all of its own (Good in somewayz...bad in most.)

Cloverfield 06-06-2002 02:22 AM

Okay, here is a very small sized picture of me, just taken today. My webcam tends to get grainy if I take photos at larger resolution.

And the photo of Justin looks really nice! :)

Here's me:

Disgruntled Intern 06-17-2002 09:59 PM

Hmmm......sure, I can give you guys a pic to gawk at. A couple, actually. Enjoy:
oh..and Morgan, I like the new pic you attached...it's great. Love the expression.
The first is not so recent...but it's me, being hurled through the air as Rusty plowed into me..Great pic, me thinks:
http://photo.redtailboa.org/albums/C...0002.sized.jpg

The second and third are just of me playing on a friends guitar....I know, back then, my hair was damn stupid...feel free to remind me, though.

The first pic looks a bit staged...but I assure you, it's anything but. Chiko just happened to take a pic at the right time. :)

Oddsville 06-17-2002 11:15 PM

I would post a picture of me but then your computer might blow up so lets just play it safe...Hey mabye if I find a blurry pic of me then your computer won't go crazy and take itself out (blowing itself up)?

Black Waltz 0 06-18-2002 05:02 AM

I don't really have any good photos of me right now(plus, I think your computer monitor might crack if I were to post one up :D ) but i'll describe myself for you:

I'm 5.6 Ft tall white girl, I have long, wavy, auburn coloured hair, brown eyes and a stocky build. I always wear black clothing whenever I can but I like blue or red as well. I don't like wearing hats or jewelery though.

One, Two, Middlesboogie 06-18-2002 06:36 AM

Pilot, Faz (love the trousers!) and Disgruntled... nice pics!

I don't have an up-to-date photo of my new barnet yet (haven't got that film developed), so you'l have to be content with a couple of pics of the animals with whom I live:

Minou and Doris:

Mrs. Chicken:

Gluk Schmuck 06-18-2002 12:39 PM

Jenni: How bored were you when you had that taken? Very or very very?

Dave: That hair is WRONG!

Anna: Gorgeous putty tats and a cute tussin.

Disgruntled Intern 06-18-2002 01:55 PM

*sigh*...I know Tom, I know....:)

Heh, I should really find a pic of me in my mohawk and trihawk days...good times, good times.

Jacob 06-18-2002 02:14 PM

Is it just me or is that Chicken twice the size of those two Cats? That Black Cat also looks like its planning world domination...hmmm.

Dave (I think) I've seen worse hairstyles then that...mine for instance.

And is Jenni on one of those family reunion holidays were you get a mad aunt saying: "Go on, smiiiiiile." and your just like "I've eaten the cheese sandwiches and the bread was mouldy...i dont wanna smiiiiile." Cos it seems that way.

Fazerina 06-18-2002 05:47 PM

Tom an Chris: What are you talking about? No, I wasn't bored. And yes, I'm not actually smiling, but that's because I always look stupid if I smile in photos, but I don't think I look bored in that one or anything... I kinda like the picture.

Anna: Thanks. It's a skirt, though...

I don't think there's anything wrong in Dave's hair... :p

D'oh! I thought it was some really baggy flares.

Danny 06-18-2002 08:01 PM

Nice pics Jenni and Dave and Anna - can't be bothered to type anything here - I'll say things to you on MSN if I remember.

I would post the pictures of myself here again, but I don't have any recent ones, and anyway I'm not very photogenic at all. I don't have high enough cheekbones... It's true, I don't think I'm ugly or anything, I am just not photogenic. A few of my friends are like that, too: they're all good-looking, but only Marion and Adam have the high cheekbones required to make really good photographs...

For the first time i think i'm gonna have to agree with you on that one.

Disgruntled Intern 06-19-2002 01:45 AM

Yeah, well...Like I said..that's how my hair *used* to be...;)

Sydney 06-19-2002 04:06 AM

Nice photos.

Dave, I don't think there's anything wrong with your old hair style. There's a guy at my uni who has hair just like you did. How do you have your hair now?

Faz, I love the belt! I have one similar.

LuxoJr 06-19-2002 06:04 AM

You wouldn't happen to be a student at the University of Western Sydney, would you? I know somebody who's starting there next semester.

Sydney 06-19-2002 07:11 AM

Yes, the University of Western Sydney. What will your friend be studying, and at which campuses?

Dequibenzo 06-19-2002 07:56 AM

Hey, Faz, it's a strange coincidence, but I used to know a guy from Turku, or somewhere around there, at least. I remember him saying his dad worked there, or something, but I definately remember the name. Bjorn was a weird person, that's for sure. He was a foreign exchange student, but he didn't have but the slightest accent, so nobody noticed, which he thought was funny. He collected those little triangular seperator things at the grocery store check-out lines. I never could figure out how he stole so many without getting caught.
Anyway, hmm, should I subject you nice people to my hideous maw? My shiny, stubbly, mis-shaped lump of a head, in all it's phenomenally un-photgenic splendor? Perhaps, eventually, when my camera starts working again. (AKA I buy film)
Until then, the relatively weak horror-conveying power of words will have to suffice. I'm 6 foot 3 (for friends in foreign lands, I believe that translates to... uh... eight...err....eighty four meters, or... wait, no...seven miligrams. Yeah, that's it), blonde, blue eyes, with a perpetually fuzzy face and messed up head of curls. Imagine that the governments of the world came together with the sole purpose of breeding a creature percectly suited to the task of picking up and moving people's luggage, but had funneled their funding for penache and grace into some other project, and the resulting image that pounds against the back of your eyeballs like the most discerning of fever dreams- that's me! My mother and I joke that she had me to lift heavy things for her. At least, I think she's joking...

LuxoJr 06-19-2002 09:34 AM

Wow, small world. He's doing a masters in French translation, and I intend to go up there during the university semester break in September. I'm not sure which campus it'll be.

Any recommendations for cheap hotels/hostels in the area? I've only ever stayed at some joint with a name like 'The Koala', but that was ages ago.

Sydney 06-19-2002 10:25 AM

It certainly is a small world.

As for hotels, it all depends on which campus your friend will be based at. The University of Western Sydney has campuses in Bankstown, Blacktown, Campbelltown, Hawkesbury, Parramatta and Penrith. They're all quite far from each other.

Disgruntled Intern 06-19-2002 01:00 PM

Sydney, right now, my hair is about as short as it is in the first picture..I just got tired of messing with it, really. Although when it's longer, I ususually comb it foreward...And comb my 'fringe' straight up. Since my 'fringe' is about 4-5 inches long [usually] it's quite the interesting look. I did have a Mohawk too, although I don't think there are any pics of me with it...

EDIT: I wanted to point something else out about my pics...did you notice the color of the sky? No....it's not the cameras fault, and it wasn't an exceptionally bright day, either. The area I live in is SO poluted, that our sky has turned a seemingly permanent pale blue/grayish color...it's sad, really. There are even days when we're not supposed to be outside for extended periods of time because the air is too bad. Sucks to be me.

Fazerina 06-19-2002 02:46 PM

Thanks, Syd. :)

Dequibenzo: Heh, we sure have a lot of weird persons in here... But anyway, Björn isn't a Finnish name. It's a Swedish and Norwegian name. But of course there can be a lot of Björns living in Finland...

Dequibenzo 06-19-2002 04:08 PM

I don't know if he was Finnish by birth or not, never talked about it. Either way, we all called him B.A. for short. Come to think of it, I don't know what the A stood for... anyway. Just thought it was a weird coincidence.

Mac the Janitor 06-21-2002 09:14 PM

How old are you, ParamiteAbe?

paramiteabe 06-21-2002 11:01 PM

I am 20 years old believe it or not. I know I don't look 20. Even a lot of people I know think that. It's crazy but I like the way how I look young especially at my age. I guess only the mustach makes me look a little bit older.

Mac the Janitor 06-22-2002 01:06 AM

Wow, I thought you were a bit younger than that!
