As a matter of fact, Cannabis has now been proven to actually reduce the risk of lung cancer, as well as removing Tar buildups from Tobacco. The only side-effect that Cannabis is now thought by scientists to have is the temporary one of drying the throat and lungs out, which is easily alleviated by using a Pipe or Bong instead of rolling joints...
