My philosophy in this situation can be summed-up by the following:

If he was banned in first place he should remain banned, whatver name he takes and whichever computer he uses.

When apologizing about making fun of gay people, you do not say, "Sorry for making fun of HOMOS." That is just him just making fun of gay people and everyone on this board even more, but you all just don't see it. I bet one million bucks, he's sitting at his computer, laughing his ass off because you're all taking him seriously.

I banned A-Sauce the first time, but apparently he is a friend of Chris Co Depot's, and he managed to come back a second time by using Chris's computer. I didn't ban him the second time, it must have been Abe Babe. Now both A-Sauce and Chris are banned, because they shared the same IP this time.

I also thought it was obvious that he's stirring some more, playing on our apparent tolerance of homosexuality. I doubt he's really gay.

Also, notice the subtle hints in his messages that he is still making fun of gays. "I didn't want to cum out and say I was gay so I made fun of them so you wouldn't think I was and now look where it got me." Hmm..... Looks nice and apologetic, right? Wrong. Notice how he spelled "come."

This is for all of those (naïve) souls who think A-Sauce should be alowed back:

For example, Oryon was banned, he came back (appologised, I think), but he wasn't alowed back.
Based on that A-Sauce should remain banned but Chris Co should be unbanned and told not to let A-Sauce on the forums from his computer otherwise be banned.

Thank you DB, for pointing that out (especially since lots of people think differently to us on this subject).

For your information, I was the one who banned Oryon. He blatantly (and repeatedly) refused to acknowledge my requests for him to clean-up his behaviour, then things got nasty and he insulted me. He may hate me, but I forgive him. He got more than enough warnings. The same is of A-Sauce, although many of his topics were soon deleted after he was banned.

For those A-Sauce sympathisers out there, he's threatened to hack Oddworld Forums if we don't let him back in. At least the only ones who are out of the closet. ;)

Well, I'm not exactly out of the closet in Real Life. If someone asks me, I tell them, without hesitation, but I don't go around advertising it, so only about 10-20 people actually know... It's not that I'm embarrassed or anything, it's just that if I made a big deal out of it, people would think I was just doing it to be fashionable...

really, i would never insult anyone for the way they are unless hey were just a jerk, then i feel sorry for them that they had to be raised by being taught to hate. i dont care how they are, ive made friends with people even if i thought they were wierd just cause no one else could. like at a summer camp, i made friends with this kid who went around playing with beanie babies, was like 1 or 2 years younger and no one else liked him. all im really saying is that really it doesnt matter how you are, theres nothing wrong. everyone is excepted by someone, i mean theres no reason to make fun of them. i dont know if a-sauce is really telling the truth or not, so i dont have an opinion. im a trusting person, and i say if hes really sorry then fine let him back. but its hard to ignore the kind of facts like (HOMOS) and such that hes said. but really everyone deserves a second chance i mean, even if he isnt telling the truth hes a fag but as long as he doesnt open his mouth theres no problem really... i mean he can just live guilty knowing the seriousness of what hes done, and thats all that matters. guilt is more of a punishment than anything else, and if he was lying on this post and and cant even feel guilty or regret his actions that in my opinion is just outragious in the fact a person that cannot feel good emotions is just wrong in the first place. please do not get mad at me for anything i have posted here, i just felt impelled to post my feelings here.

In my experience, male bisexuals are not considered as much of a fashion statement as female bisexuals, although it seems just about every girl you meet these days claims she's bi. As liberal as my group of friends may be, the occasional blithesome gay/bi-male joke slips into conversation, whereas there's nothing but swooning if the topic of lesbians comes up.

The reason A-sauce was banned the second time was because I found out he was sending threatening or nasty PMs or emails to people after he supposedly apologized in this post.

I had no idea that this second IP address was used by another member of the forums (Chris). Chris has always been a good member in the past, so I'm not going to punish him for this. What I'll do is take Chris' IP off the ban list, but A-sauce's account will still remain banned. But if any messages of this kind turn up from that IP again, I'm going to ban it again. So Chris, I suggest you don't let him use your PC for these forums again. He may be your friend, but we don't need that kind of thing here.

While everyone is discussing sexuality, I'd just like to point out that I don't have a problem with gays/lesbians, but what I don't like though are those that "flaunt" it to show off or be fashionable or otherwise. Rettick, I admire the fact that you don't go out showing off your sexual preferences.

Just to clear that point up, I don't like it when hetrosexual people flaunt themselves either, like girls who flaunt their breasts, couples who flaunt their relationship in public, etc.
