I didn't get this. There's no explanation as to why industrial mudokons can suddenly chant to increase the power/range of Abe's ability. Despite the last two decades of lore about how industrial/slave mudokons are disconnected from their spiritual roots, now they can chant as well. This really upends the narrative established by AO/NnT. If they all have the power of possession now, why don't they use it? Big plot hole.

I guess that industrial mudokons may still be able to chant intuitively to relax and have a break. Even though this meditation doesn't pose any danger it may disturb the sligs and the glukkons.

I only have Slig Barracks left, which is personally one of the most frustrating levels in the game for me. I was going through it and got every Mudokon, all badges, zero Slig deaths all on hard mode and then I get stuck at the second delivery cannon part.

That's impressive. I gave up on sparing every other slig as early as the Sorrow Valley. In the Barracks lift segment I just loaded the cannon with explosive coke and killed all the sligs. To make things easier I left the muds behind and made the first ride alone. Slig deaths do not count in the quarma and do not change the ending anyway.

Yeah, in my first playthrough I gave up pretty early too. I think there might be an achievement for killing less than 100 Sligs, but it's a shame that it doesn't have any other impact. I partially agree with what Varrock said earlier in the thread about wanting to avoid all Slig deaths it just for fun, but it would have been nice if it was reflected in the story somehow. If I'm remembering correctly, the Slig pilot with Molluck comments a couple times about Sligs being killed - would have been neat if the dialogue changed depending on how many you kept alive, or just a small addition in the ending. Oh well though.

It does seem like after all the excitement and hype, it seems to have come and gone really quickly in terms of user attention. I did get this on Epic Store at a discount so I most likely will be playing it sometime next month. I was originally going to get this on PS4 but I wasn't entirely convinced it would run 100% smoothly. Hopefully it will be a fun time.
